Hi Tulip Cafe

Don't let this "cafe in a strip mall" pass you by. The seating is a little cramped, but the food is OUTSTANDING! Have the eggs benedict! Great waitstaff.

We ended up eating Breakfast here 2 days in a row. Cheerful service, good food and it was on the way to Flagler Beach for us. I had the Breakfast Burrito and fresh fruit that was on their M-Th specials the first day, then a Breakfast Burrito with Chorizo in it and home fries the second. Both were yummy. The home fries came with grilled onions and peppers for a small fee (79 cents maybe). I couldn't eat everything either day.

Our family favorite in the area. They know how to make us feel very special. They know how to make the best poached eggs as well as everything else just the way we like it. The service has been very good with the servers helping each other to make sure that our visit is special. Also the prices have been very reasonable. It gets very crowded on the weekends. I was hesitant writing a review because we really enjoy Hi Tulip but we will go during the week day. We aren't the only people that love this little gem. It does get crowded but it's so worth any wait. Hi Tulip is in the Publix shopping center at the west corner.

Always great. All food is from scratch so they aren't the fastest around but always delicious!

Was good. Have had better experiences here. Today the biscuits were overcooked but the food was good. I had biscuits and gravy and it was still good but previously had eggs benedict crab cakes. Those are 5 stars. I wish I could rate a 4.7 overall as experiences had overall been excellent. I won't knock them down over one meal though. :)

Friendly service, immaculate restaurant, tables clearly spaced for social distancing including outdoor seating. Huge portion of biscuits & gravy loaded with sausage at a great price. Delicious 😋 Highly recommend 👍

Went early on Mother's day. Sat outside. Breakfast was delicious.

Great deal for the price, Food quality and quality was great, there has not been anything that I do not like from here. Ths is one of my goto places when hungry.

We've only been here twice and it was amazing both times! We will definitely be going back because we can bring our little pup on the cozy patio!
