We were at Omni Amelia celebrating my husbands 50th and I wanted a special cake. I emailed and shared what I wanted and Teresa definitely delivered! The cake was amazing and perfect! I can’t thank them enough.

Delicious cake. Our cake was vanilla with biscotti cookie frosting. They have many different options for you to mix and match to your liking. We asked for a masked singer cake (my son loves the show) and even though we couldn't find any previous designs whatsoever, the baker was able to create this masterpiece. Tastes great, looks great. The inside was pretty crowded which is a testament to the quality of the desserts. I will be returning in the future.

I can't speak highly enough about the customer service at Nana Teresa's. I placed a last minute order of cupcakes for my brother's birthday. The representative I communicated with helped me choose the best options and made paying super easy and convenient through an emailed invoice. The cupcakes came even sooner than expected and were beautiful. He absolutely loved his surprise and I owe it to the help from Nana Teresa's wonderful staff!

Fabulous little bakery! Everything that I tried from macarons to croissants to cupcakes to sfogliatelle was on point. Also loved how they have a soda machine from the 1950s which allows them to make sparkling sodas, egg creams, and floats. However, I felt outside of macarons, their other cookies were pretty typical. I would love if they had some beautiful cookies shaped like sea stars or sea shells with royal icing and sprinkles.

I’ve only been here twice, each time after dinner. They have a good mix of items and all are incredible delicious. I’m only rating 4 stars because some of the employees (mostly high school kids) need to work on their attitudes. The one with the pixie haircut was extremely rude. I asked flavors on cheesecake then my husband wanted a cupcake. I was still undecided so I went for the cheesecake and decided after I wanted a cupcake too. She made it seem like a hard request to get another cupcake by asking if I wanted anymore cupcakes or if I’m ready to checkout. After giving the total, she walked away. She definitely doesn’t deserve the tip my husband gave her. I also think to prevent asking too many questions, they should have each item already marked so everyone knows what they are.
