Island Time Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt

They have vegan flavors!!!! There is a coconut soft serve which is AMAZING!!! And a orange flavor that tastes like a Sunny D. The employees were very sweet and when I told them I don’t eat dairy they made sure that what I got didn’t have dairy in it. Such a cute shop!

The ice cream is great. The staff couldn’t have been ruder. We walked in at 8:00 on Tuesday, March 14 and the two girls working did not say hello. They just stood there and stared at us. Right after we came in, one took our orders while the other went over and turned off the lit sign in the window, so we naturally assumed it was closing time and that’s why they were so unhappy. We ordered ice cream for the 5 young children with us and then rushed them out into the 40 degree weather that evening to eat it in the cold where of course the kids were miserable and upset. We ended up taking them a few doors down to the brewery where their dads were having a beer and letting them eat it in there. As we were leaving Island Time I overheard one girl say to the other “that worked.” I looked at the window once we were outside and saw closing time is actually 9:00.

Cute shop for ice cream, frozen yogurt, or coffee. We used to get the hot chocolate with the chocolate chip marshmallows and whipped cream. It was beautifully designed and very good. We visited recently and it was on the colder side. They didn’t have the chocolate chip marshmallows anymore and it was Swiss Miss with water material. We won’t be ordering that specific item again but they have a lot of different fresh topping for their froyo. I love the bright colors of the shops and ice cream options. They have seating inside and out front.

To say I was disappointed is an understatement! We were not greeted when we walled in the doors - strike one! I spoke to the cashier and told her this was our 1st time here and asked if she could give us an idea where thibgs were - (rolling of her eyes) Strike two!!!!
We can because we wanted frozen yogurt without having to drive to Jacksonville. We headed towards where the attendant pointed. To our dismay there was 4 flavors available ( seeing as we had a child looking forward to frozen yogurt) we filled out cups thinking we can add toppings!! There was 3 flavors of Boba pearls and 2 slices of strawberries. There was several containers on the wall with toppings - some worked others didn't.
During this time the attendant never asked if we needed assistance!!! Which was disappointing.
When we got to the counter to pay - she told us the cost and said rudly you can start with a tip yo get the process started!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! I will never come back here

Great flavors and some very inventive combinations for their specialty sundaes and shakes. And try to make one of your visits on the weekend. They have some delicious bakery treats. We WILL be back!

It’s a good spot to grab ice cream. They also have self serve frozen yogurts with toppings. Also have dog treats and doughnuts.
There was a decent ice cream selection. I personally would like to see unique flavors than the regular most popular ones.
One thing to keep in mind is that dole whip ice cream is really a sorbet.

Hot chocolate float was so crazy we had to try. What a mess of a creation. Duh, the hot chocolate turns room temperature with ice cream added and ice cream melts in seconds. They need to take this off the menu. I thought they had something unique but shame on me for not realizing this was ridiculous.

The choices were vast!! The young ladies were super sweet and efficient! Definitely worth the $. Will be back!

Fantastic ice cream! The peach ice cream and dark chocolate raspberry truffle were fantastic. My wife and I loved it, hope to return soon!
