Island Time Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt

Came here a few days ago and the place was packed! They were out of regular cookies and cream but the girl behind the counter had me try what she called “crazy” cookies and cream and my mind was blown! My boyfriend got the tropical dole whip and I got a scoop of the blue cookies and cream in a cup. Crazy they let you have two toppings no charge!

This rating is based on solely on smoothies only. I went there with my girlfriend and our daughter and we all got smoothies. We did not like them at all. We ended up throwing them away as we walked around downtown. They had an awful aftertaste and just didn't seem right, I really don't know how else to put it. I will however be back to try some icecream. The flavors sound so good and the vast amounts of toppings are awesome. The building itself is really nice and clean with a nice atmosphere and really friendly staff. I hope I can change my rating to a better rating after we try the icecream.

Horrible service...horrible atmosphere...help was either clueless or lazy or both and they weren't even busy (which shoulda been a red flag).

I apologize, I didn't mean to offend anyone...only meant as my on the spot customer reaction. I know team members come and go in this line of business and unfortunately we were there on one of less than better days. From your response here it sounds like you manage your shop for the better which I understand is a process.

Love, Love, Love this place. Great customer service unlike the rude fudge ice cream shop down the street. We have four kids and one on the way and look forward to many years of yummy ice cream in downtown Fernandina Beach.

YUM! We love our trips downtown for FroYo at Island Time! Unlimited toppings and so many delicious flavors. Also, they have the most incredible doughnuts- omg!

Milkshake was good and the owner was real friendly. Nice clean place.

This place is great. The tart frozen yogurt is so good that we have been five times during our vacation. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Great little ice cream shop!! The quality and flavor selection of the ice cream was awesome...the customer service was good as well. It is downtown and the area is so cute!! They have indoor and outdoor patio seating which was nice. I will definitely be back!!

Really great quality ice cream. Reasonable prices and friendly prompt staff. Clean interior and bathroom. Have been multiple times and always delicious and a nice experience.
