Pasion del Cielo Coffee

I really have no idea how this place stays in buisness. The worse customer service at this location and it's not the first time, but I guarantee you it is the last. I was the only person waiting for a beverage, I did not hear the man call my name, and I was standing right beside the condiments like less 3 ft away from him. I look over an my coffee is sitting at the far end of the counter, not even close to him even. I ask him if that was my Americano and he looked at me and rudely said yes, I called your name and you did not answer. I was like excuse me but I'm standing right here. He was so RUDE to me!! When I expressed my disappointment, he started arguing with me. I said, I am going to speak with your manager about this and he said, I am the manager. Worse manager ever!! TERRIBLE customer service!!!!!! I literally paid over 8$ to have a HORRIBLE experience.!!!!! BY the way 5.99 for an empanada that was only cheese and tomatoe. OUTRAGEOUS!! Also I tried to call two other locations to speak with someone and noone would answer! By the way, I specifically remember a line out the door on a Friday morning at this time. Hardly a person in the place. They must be doing something right. LMAO

Great coffee. Love the variety of blends. Cuban and Sumatra is the way to go.

Had 2 cortaditos with the above blends. The 1st was better mixed than the 2nd.

Great Coffee and drink selection . A small place with no many seats available to chat but a great ambiance and music choice. Love the glass window seats to see people walking by. Food selection is not big but any of the available is tasty and good.

Cappuccino was good, but cold breakfast sandwich, so so coffee cake, and OJ not worth the $30.

Absolutely love this place! Gardening seating and old European all around. Owner is the best he is really the old fashion kind "meaning customers are first!" Best place for lunch or just a coffee brake.

My two favorite thing about Passion del Cielo are their Iced Caramel Macchiato and that I get to choose which beans are used for my coffee. Some days a strong bean is needed; other days you can just enjoy a gentler cup of coffee.

Americano quality is great. While visiting Miami, we have tried few coffee shops already, this one by far has great bean selection and quality/price better than other shops.

I think it's an over priced brand. I am not even a coffee drinker but in regards to the tea and bakery options it's not the best in the area whatsoever. Service was good and the place was clean but very crowdy because it's so small inside and seating is extremely limited. I will not come back

The coffee is good, but I asked the barista which was their espresso blend and she didn't know how to answer.
