Mountaineer Coffee

I liked the vibe here a lot and staff was helpful. Coffee was good, but it would be great if they had more food/pastry items to choose from. Downtown Brooksville doesn't seem to have a lot of places like this, so it is awesome they have filled a need for a cool spot to relax and grab a drink in this small community.

Nice classic coffee shop feel when you walk in. Even though it’s a small coffee shop, it is a very clean and cozy place. Everyone is friendly. Their Blueberry Poptarts are very tasty. They always have calm and relaxing music playing here. And if anyone cares, they also have pretty fast wifi.

Went today - OPEN FOR BUSINESS!!! Got the Costa Rica Grand Reserve - had it fresh ground to bring it home - Smells like HEAVEN in a bag, tastes even better. Their gluten free chocolate cake is dreamy. Everything tastes like "more". :) Can't wait til they are in full swing and have even more delectables! EPIC.

Great local coffee shop that roasts their own beans and has a fantastic selection of coffees and preparations. I highly recommend them. Give these guys your business over Starbucks or other chains. This is coffee how it should be enjoyed!

I am an out of towner...... just popped in.
Coffee is amazing, Fresh and all syrups are made in house so no nasty chemicals. We had a croissant and burrito bother 5 star. We will go out of our way to come back

Never been a big coffee guy, I'm very picky about it. I don't like Dunken, Starbucks, McCafe or any other main stream coffee joints. So I was pleasantly surprised stopping in Mountaineer, their iced coffee blends are fantastic. Would rate 5 stars however, the blueberry muffin I ordered was stale.

Stopping by here, is definitely worth it. They have the best Latte's I have ever had. I have had regular coffee and their cold brewed is great too. The staff is very friendly.

A local roaster of fine coffee. Their whole beans never disappoint for home brewing. If you decide to order in house the baristas are fantastic. They also offer made-from-scratch pastries that are quite tasty!

Absolutely love this place. I tried it for the first time last week and will keep coming back. The guys there make you feel welcome, they have delicious local canned goods, and the best espresso I've had since I've moved to Florida!
