Mountaineer Coffee

We were looking forward to trying the original Mounteneer shop. We were super friendly and greatful they were open on a sunday. The coffee was OK . But the atmosphere definitely left something to be desired. We went in 5 on a Sunday purchase 2 lattes and snack for our 5 year old. Walked across the street when my daughter said she had to pee. We walked back in and we're told we couldn't use the restroom becuse they were closed for an event. The same people were still in the shop drinking coffee and using wifi that were there when we got our drinks. I did get a little taken back after spending almost $20 they wouldn't allow a mother and child to use the bathroom. So I asked the bariata if anywhere else was open to wich I was huffed at that I could go on back and find the bathroom... I've been to coffee shops around the world and have never been treated so coldly. I actually belive in the US the health department requires restaurants to have bathrooms for paying patrons. Never again.

Been a regular here for about 2 years, i have traveled all over the country and this is one of the best cups ever in my opinion. The barista's are all extremely nice and knowledgeable in their craft. Not only that Taylors fit stays tuff on the regular. Pop in and show love if youre in the brookesville area.

Yummy coffee, great vibes, friendly staff. Whoever's spotify playlist was playing over the speakers... you have wonderful and very very confusing taste.

This place has the best coffee, hands down. While they were out of lavender syrup today, I went with one of their seasonal flavors, Fall Spice. It is SO good. You don't need flavor in their coffee to make it awesome though, I can drink it without any sweetener at all. That's saying something, because I'm the kind of person that normally adds coffee to my cream and sugar.

Great fast service, and the espresso is top shelf! But be aware that parking is a pain. You're better to park in the lot behind and across the street and just walk over.

This morning I had an iced Americano and a homemade blackberry pop tart. Fresh and delish! Love the ambience.

Delicious Americano! Stopped in on Sunday for an afternoon coffee. Fresh delicious espresso. So yummy!! Simple menu which was much appreciated. I loved it.

I stop almost every time I drive thru Brooksville. The Nutella Puff Pastry is a MUST!
