Wanted to support a local business and purchased my father a subscription of 1 bag of coffee, every 2 weeks, for 10 weeks of freshly roasted coffee for the holidays. They send 5 bags all at once, 2 weeks in a row. I contact them to rectify (only through email as they do not have a phone contact #) for him to tell me that although their system is confusing and redundant, I chose the options wrong and they have no option at all to select duration. Instead the "5" I selected referred to number of bags (rather than duration) even though they have a question labeled "number of bags" in which I correctly answered 1.

Beyond that, the coffee was "undrinkable" coming from my father, who doesn't go a day without a cup or two of freshly ground coffee at home...

I can only assume this company knows they have a bad product and are purposefully misleading customers. They conveniently have a no refund policy, even for unopened packages.

I hate leaving bad reviews for small businesses so I left an extra star, but this was a complete waste of money and a disappointing experience and product.

Can't beat the quality. All my Lost Sock Coffee was roasted within a couple days of receiving my shipment. Not sure what that dude Trevor is talking about below. If you look at his account, he just leaves everyone 1 star reviews. Try Lost Sock!
