Vibes were hella off in here somehow.. looked like a good place to do a smidge of work during the day but people were unaware in how loud they were speaking on conference calls and it kinda clashed with the sza album that was played three times in a row

We had a great time when they hosted the Claudia Jones School music, arts, and drag queen night!

Creative Grounds is a fantastic Cafe! The people are so lovely and I love how the owners have interwoven good coffee, good art, and the collective into how they've built programming for the space. I think I'm on my fourth or fifth bag of their whole bean coffee as well for daily coffee drinking. It's amazing!

Love love love. Fantastic coffee and the service is wonderful. Friendly staff available to help you find the best drink to suit your mood or occasion. Cannot recommend more highly.

We live close by and support little local stores and cafés. Normally they have fairly good coffee. However, the quality of the cappuccino I had today was horrible.

I love this place! Outdoor and indoor seating options are great. You can also order inside or at an outdoor window which is super Covid friendly. The honey lavender latte has been on my mind for weeks; it was life changing.

Creative Grounds is my go-to place for a cold brew to start my day. With so many coffee shops in DC, I'm so happy that Bloomingdale and Eckington have access to this incredible neighborhood gem run by the whole family. My partner like the spiciness of their espresso they use in their lattes. And when you're feeling indulgent, ask about their coffee cake! Can't wait until the community achieves herd immunity, so I can spend some time reading a book or working inside their light-filled and artful indoor space.

Great little café for getting things done outside of the house. The coffee is great, with lots of options, and there are also baked goods. The indoor and outdoor seating are cute and comfy. Nice décor, including local artwork for sale.

I love Creative Grounds! They have been my go to Bloomingdale coffee shop for over a year now.
They always have a really vast pastry selection to pick from and the coffee is always good.
The staff is always friendly and I love the owners too 💜
