Turtle Beach Cafe

Quiche was burned, fruit cup was old, coffee empty, cream empty, forks empty, smoke in bathroom. Some staff grumpy. Coffee good. Cashier nice. Quiche filling delicious. Outside ambience very nice. Needs new management.
