Rebel Dog Coffee Co. & Tavern PLAINVILLE

Very cute place inside. Serves Irving's Farms coffee from NYC. Can custom order breakfast sandwiches. Really liked that my egg on the sandwich wasn't cooked to hard but more like just past medium. Staff seemed nice, parking is a bit weird but there is plenty of it. Gets really busy on Saturday mornings, but plenty of seating to handle the crowd.

Both times I've been so far have been very pleasant and full of great coffee! The picture is of their apple fritters, which are made in-house, and a hot chocolate. The fritters were very moist with just enough cinnamon sugar on top to finish it off with a good sweetness. Their iced coffee is very strong, but when paired with mocha or a little milk, is really good. The breakfast sandwiches come out quickly and well-made. It was a great stop for a Sunday morning, but there were a bunch of people there after 11! Good for a quick stop or a study break!

The coffee is bomb!! Also a great place for small breakfast and lunch items.

The staff are always so friendly and the food is greattt.

The food was delicious! The restaurant was very clean and they were doing a great job with social distancing. Frankie our server was on top of her game and very friendly. Liz the bartender made great drinks and was a delight.

The only good thing about Hartford county in my opinion. I grew up only a few miles away and I feel like my life would have been so different if I knew about this place then! The drinks are so good! And, they have a vanilla stevia syrup mix, I didn't even know something so wonderful could exist!! It's also a great place to study, hang out with friends, or just have some quality time to yourself. Staff is also very cool and friendly! Whenever I come back to the area, I make sure to stop there every day.

Very good food, okay coffee. Daughter liked her iced vanilla chai latte, my hot vanilla latte was flavorless. Nice staff and cute building.

Been to the rebel dog on 5 corners before and it’s great spot. Just tried out this other location in Plainville. Slightly disappointed. Order a $6+ 20oz nitro coffee and more than a quarter of the cup is just foam. Great tasting coffee nonetheless... Got the turkey sandwich as well - big and lots of meat but I found it to be dry and pretty bland tasting. Chips were suppose to come included on the side but didn’t.

Gotten coffee therw a few times. Cute atmosphere. Really good coffee. Haven't tried any of the food. Lots of non dairy options for coffee.
