Decent lunch place. Food was okay, staff was good.

Moderate menu to choose from. It was really busy during lunch so expect slower service by default.

Had the reuben and they were out of Rye so it had to be a bun. Still a moderately decent sandwich with homemade chips. Would eat here on occasion if in were a local.

They do have a full bar too so could be an evening destination to sit outside with drinks.

I adore this place.
The staff did an amazing job at making me feel welcome, even though it was my first time here. The food and drinks were phenomenal. I had a scone and chai tea latte (pictured) and I spent some time here, so earlier I had a bacon and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel and a cappuccino. Everything was so delicious.

The coffee is to the left when you walk in and there is plenty of outdoor seating right outside. I spent some time working on my computer and enjoying the beautiful weather and atmosphere they have created.

Staff was very attentive. Lots of options for vegan folks. I got a falafel wrap with vegan tahini, delicious.

Coffee selection was much larger than expected. I stuck with a classic cold brew which was very tasty.

Would definitely come back.

Came back for brunch. Not much for the vegan diet but everyone else in my groups was very happy.

11.26.22 We showed up around 9:45 and place wasn't busy. The medium roast coffee was good. The cinnamon scone was very dry. The place overall had a great vibe but it looked kinda dirty. It just didn't have that "polished" look. I wanted to love it here but I only liked it. I will however try again another time.

Highly recommend for catering. We hosted a brunch bridal shower outdoors and Rebel Dog was a huge success. Ordered breakfast sandwiches, homemade pastry, yogurt parfaits, potato pancakes with a ice coffee latte station. Food was on point as always but we were blown away with the service. The guys who brought the food helped us set up everything. They lit Sternos, unpacked and even helped with the set up of food from other guests. Top notch service and I would recommend them 💯 for any catering needs.

Rebel Dog in Plainville is easy to get to and you can't miss it on the road. Happened across another review saying the inside needed polishing up. Would agree in that if Rebel Dog upped their interior it would easily be a 6 star location. Service was fast and friendly for Lunch on 5/2/2023. Korean Cheesesteak is fantastic. Medium sized sandwich with great steak flavor. Has the perfect compliment with Korean BBQ sauce and pickled onions. Cluckin' Truffle chicken sandwich has a prefectly crispy crunch to it. Great chicken flavor with a nice truffle slaw on top. Definitely higher class food.. now if just the inside look and feel of Rebel Dog went with it...

SMALLEST $18 salad I've ever received. I understand food cost has gone up because I run a food business but that was just ridiculous. I used to come often for coffee but I can't support that small business mindset if they're going to just rip people off. Jesus.

First time trying to this place since we are new to Plainville area. Nice place and atmosphere! Loved my coffee and breakfast sandwich. Great customer service! Our waitress had two other large parties sit right around the same time as us and being super considerate asked if we were ready before the big parties so the two of us didn't get stuck ordering behind them and waiting longer for food.

This is a fabulous place for group and 1:1 meetings. Our BNI group meets here every month, and the amazing coffee aroma and hospitality alone make it easier to be here by 7am....but indulge in their coffee and great food too. You'll be glad you did!

This place has changed so much in the last few years....for the better! Lots of different food and coffee options to meet any person's needs. Special menu items are always enticing. Whomever is creating the food in the kitchen is a true artist!!!
