Baker's Dozen - Norwich LLC

Not sure why I keep going back to this place, but it’s my own fault. Most recently I ordered donut holes. 36 of them. Each one was frozen. And after she handed them to me she told me the chocolate ones were on ‘back order.’ So I got 36 frozen glazed donut holes. Also they don’t understand the concept of how bagels should be cut or served with spread. A glob of cream cheese in the middle of the bagel does not cut it. Their excuse was they are getting cream cheese in a block instead of a tub. Don’t waste your time and money. Go down the road to Dixie Donuts.

Great coffee! I get one regularly, and when i need that extra kick i get 2 espresso shots and it puts me right where i need to be

I think they were somewhat busy when I got there but it took a *very* long time to order. I don't at all mind waiting to be helped, but it felt somewhat unpleasant to not be greeted/acknowledged until someone finally had a free hand, all the while everyone was chatting amongst themselves.

The breakfast sandwich and pastry I had were both very good. The iced coffee was not drinkable, and I ended up dumping it when I got home unfortunately.

Love this place. Breakfast sandwiches are the best I've ever had and coffee is very reasonably priced and delicious. Great donuts, too. I miss this place when I only have Starbucks or Dunkin when I travel.

This place is amazing! Plenty Gluten-free options and staff is very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed the caramel iced latte and their sausage, egg and cheese combo. Keep up the great work, I wish you guys had other locations closer to New Haven, but if I'm ever in the area again I'll definitely stop in!

I've been here 3 time in the last 4 months. Each time something is wrong. A bagel without cream cheese don't get me wrong. The bagels are great,but when you order it with cream cream that's what you expect. And yesterday I just wanted two coffee's an iced pumpkin 3 Splenda and cream. Well there was only one pump of pumpkin left she walked away so I figured she was going to another pump. Nope got to the hair appointment and it was a nasty coffee no Splenda very little cream and you got it. Just the one pump of pumpkin. And my hairdresser coffee was suppose to be a hot regular. I give up. I'll stick to the one in Gales Ferry and just do DD around town

The finest foods, donuts and coffee that's always 100% spot on! One of my favorites spots in Eastern Connecticut and the service is just as superior. Give this place a taste you wont be disappointed. Thanks Baker's Dozen!

Best muffin and coffee in years. I have been wasting my time and money at DD. Today I stopped at Bakers Dozen and had the best pistachio muffin with amazing coffee, fantastic especially since a pistachio muffin is hard to find. And the person who served me was quick to correct a mistake and kept smiling. Bye bye Dunkin' there is a much better choice for me now.

My turkey cheddar bacon flat bread with the Chipotle sauce magically turned into just turkey and bacon. No cheese, no sauce and the flat bread is practically burnt. Have a bagel thats not cut right, didn't get 2 sides of cream cheese as requested.

Excellent coffee shop best breakfast sandwiches around...
