The Perk | Cafe and Roastery

Strong espresso drinks from their LaMarzocco. Pour-overs are good but the batch brew tasted a little bit flat and watery. Still a solid place for a coffee and breakfast burrito, especially if LJ is behind the counter—super friendly and knowledgeable.

The chai tea latte and muffins are great. I was looking for a place around Winter Park to hang out while my boyfriend skied (unfortunately, skiing is not my forte). The Perk was a great place for me to use my laptop and draw. Free WiFi, and tons of natural daylight. There is parking in the back, so you don't have to park along the street. The barista was also very attentive and friendly.

Great coffee shop with an unique concept sharing a space with a local outdoor gear shop. Friendly staff. The Perk serves Huck coffee, a great Colorado roasting company.

This place was surprisingly cozy! Would be a great place to go sit and read by the fireplace. The guys were really friendly and their secret menu homemade pumpkin pie latte was so good!

Very good coffee, employees that seem distracted at best and rude at worst. If you understand that going into the store, you'll probably be more satisfied.
