The Perk | Cafe and Roastery

After a while away from this shop i returned this weekend. While the espresso was dialed well for my second visit i was, generally, disappointed with my experience. Both of the cups i was served coffee in were dirty and stained. This seemed to be a theme as the drip dispensers were both caked with unwashed coffee remnants. This negatively affected the flavors of both offerings. Additionally, the milk quality in the cappuccino was far below industry standards. Overall this was incredibly disappointing as i have seen and i believe this coffee shop can do much better. It seems like a lot of little things have built up and diminished the quality of a promising shop.

Coffee tastes great! Attached to an outdoor shop which I think is awesome! The WiFi is also amazing! The employees are all personable and engaging!

This is a coffee shop within a store. Seating is limited. Service and prices are good. Street parking is reasonably convenient so you can grab and go.

This is a lovely coffee place in Winter Park, lovely coffee. They have a nice deck to sit out. The inside beautiful & very clean. I didn't eat, but the food looked very appetizing. The owner is a real nice guy, very recommended.

Austin, the barista, and Kendall, the manager were very friendly when I visited a couple weeks ago. Even though they weren't quite open, Austin invited me in and I had a great cup of latte. I'd definitely visit again if I find myself in Winter Park again.

They are in the process of relocating to 78321 US 40, Winter Park. We are in town on vacation and didn’t realize they weren’t open yet. We went by and were met by Kendall who couldn’t of been more friendly and insisted on making us coffee (for free!) anyway. It was soooo YUMMY! She also spent 20 minutes with us recommending things to do around town. And if that weren’t enough she invited my daughter and me to go on a hike with her Sunday. Wow - just wow!!! Please support this locally-owned coffee house when it opens. Based on my experience when it’s not even open yet - you won’t be disappointed!!!

Wonderful coffee shop with friendly staff just off the highway. It’s a great place to sip a warm beverage and browse the gear and clothing racks of the shared space for a needed piece of gear on your weekend adventure in the mountains.

Winter Parks best new coffee shop. Cool and Hip employees that actually know what the heck they are doing. Convenient to everything, bus stop out front, walking distance to everything. Get the danish home made in house....you'll thank me later.

Excellent coffee shop, friendly staff, prompt service, and good pricing. Overall one of my favorite coffee shops in the area. Great for one on one business meetings, or just sipping coffee with a good book. Will absolutely be coming back.

This coffee was really good! My wife and I both got lattes and we love the taste of their espresso.
