The Perk | Cafe and Roastery

This is a really cute little coffee shop right on Hwy 40 in Winter Park. They didn't have many options for breakfast food, so we opted for coffee and tea instead. My iced tea was made nicely and I was offered a lot of options. My companion opted for an americano and said that the coffee was flavorful and hit the spot. We sat out on their patio for a little while, but the construction nearby was pretty noisy and was hard to ignore. The views and fireplace on the patio add a lot of charm to the space. I bet that patio is great at night or on cooler days with the use of the fireplace. There were a few others seated inside chatting and a couple working on their computers. There was a variety of seating inside and the space seemed very comfortable and clean. They do have one unisex bathroom for patrons.

I just had a drip coffee but dang it was really good.

Nice coffee shop. It is attached to a sporting goods store too if you need any winter gear. They have hot chocolate and cider. Staff is friendly.

Beautiful gem of Winter Park.. could sit here all day! We had the breakfast burritos and muffins- both were perfect. They serve common wealth coffee and it’s self serve which is great. Prices are reasonable too! Loved our experience.

My absolute favorite coffee shop in the world actually! Best coffee and espresso drinks and also a light food menu to get you going in the morning. The staff is incredible and always surpasses my expectations. They are friendly, fast and really enjoy the locals and visitors who come to grab a pick me up to go or want to hang out for awhile. Bravo Jason and company!!!

Super cozy and friendly staff. Drinks were incredible. There's something delightful about knowledgeable people roasting coffee to it's optimal flavor instead of that burnt acidic aftertaste.

Great little coffee shop in Winter Park. Easy in and out at their new Hideaway Station location. Awesome coffees, tees and cinnamon rolls just to name a few. And now you can grab a beer or a wine too! Friendly owner/s and staff.

This is a great coffee shop and not only is the coffee great but the owner and staff treat you like a friend. If you have been their you know what I mean. If you are from out of town you you will feel like a local.
Easy parking and is on the lyft ski Buss route so you can get your First Run breakfast burrito and still be on the first chair.

while skiing in winter park this past weekend we wondered into your wonderful coffee shop and had a glass of the most delicious coffee I have ever tasted in my life. The Honey almond latte with oat milk was nothing less then perfection. I can not stop thinking about it. Baltimore Md has been my home for years and I've tasted coffee all over town and have never been so impressed by a cup of coffee.
