This is the best coffee shop on earth. They nail the basics, and their specialty drinks are some of the best I’ve had. Definitely worth going out of your way to get some Peregrine coffee.

Peregrine Coffee Roasters is new to me; I found them while searching online for Ethiopia Wote Konga beans! I ended up ordering 4-different bean varieties including their Wote Konga as mentioned above, along with Papua New Guinea, Dark Skies and they included a free bag of Sangre de Christmas (the only variety we haven't tried as of today).
All have been made into espresso and made into small cappuccinos/Flat Whites (150-190ml cups) using. They are all very worthy of ordering again for sure, especially the Wote Konga which is a blueberry pie bomb; exceeded even my lofty expectations.
No compensation for this review! Rather, just a super satisfied first time customer.
Cheers!

The coffee was awesome! From the 9 different towns we visited and all their coffee spots, peregrine’s coffee was definitely the best coffee I had during my stay in Colorado. Their lavender latte is my go to comfort coffee and it was delicious!

Peregrine Coffee Roasters delivers the highest potential in the beans they roast and shows great care to also brew these if you have a chance to visit them at their location in Westcliffe! I encourage you to try their beans at home (Aeropress or Pour Over is my preferred method) but if you are in Westcliffe, you must occasion a stop in the cafe, your senses will be uplifted and your day surely improved! Salud!

I just had the best latte ever at Peregrine Coffee Roasters in Westcliffe, Colorado. It’s just off the Main Street. Find it. You’ll thank me. 😉 Try the Blood Orange Cinnamon Latte.

There are definitely some disadvantages moving to a small, rural town from a place where culinary delights await on virtually every corner. So… were we ever pleased to find Peregrine Coffee Roasters in the town we’ve decided to now call home. The roasters (Yes, their coffee is roasted on the premises), baristas, and mixers there are passionate about what they do. To anyone used to the big boys in coffee out there…. it’s an incontrovertible truth that Peregrine Coffee has solid knowledge on what makes an exceptional caffeinated experience. Stop by if you’re traveling through town. You won’t be sorry you did. And if you live here, what are you waiting for!? 😜

Super friendly and inviting group of people working there. It was awesome to be able to talk to Stephen for some time and get to know him and the some of the other employees. Not very often does an owner take much time out of their day to get to know their customers individually. Great coffee and an awesome little shop. Cheers to them and I hope to see them again soon. And thanks to them for being so supportive of First Responders!

My wife and I stopped in as we were traveling through Westcliffe and had a great conversation with Arrott, who was very patient! Amazed to find such a high quality speciality coffee shop in such a small town. My wife had a blood orange mocha and I had a pour over—both delicious. Ended up buying a couple bags which taste just as good at home. I was even more delighted to learn afterwards that they are Christ centered and donate proceeds to missionary work. The only downside is that we don’t live in CO! Wife said the decor/vibe inside was “to die for.”

I literally got two lattes in a row because Arrott’s creations are so delicious! I will always choose peregrine because of their organic ingredients, cozy ambiance, and super friendly team 🤩
