Peregrine is HANDS DOWN the most incredible coffee shop my husband and I have ever been to. From the superb quality of their coffees and teas to their house made syrups, you will NEVER go wrong visiting their shop. There's something for everyone! Stephen has his roasting methods down to a precise science, so you are guaranteed to get an incredible cup of coffee that's unlike any other coffee shop. My husband and I lived in Westcliffe for a time while he was going to seminary, and Peregrine was our absolute favorite place to go. We would sometimes get multiple drinks in one visit, or we'd often come back later in the day for more - it's just that good! I have so many fond memories sitting in the coffee shop and working on my laptop while sipping on my drink and spending time with my husband. We have literally joked (and actually have considered) about driving up to Westcliffe just to go to Peregrine (we're going to Westcliffe this week, and I'm so excited).

Stephen and the whole team makes an effort to get to know their customers and serve them with top notch customer service. Stephen and the whole Peregrine team, we love you guys, and you will always have a huge place in our hearts!

This place is a gem in a beautiful place with great coffee. It doesn’t get better than that! The staff are unbelievably friendly and they will make you feel like family. The coffee is for real legit and they have amazing home made syrups to go with it. Just a wonderful place and worth stopping into every chance you can. My wife and I now order their coffee beans so that we can have a piece of this place with us in Utah

Truly the best coffee shop I’ve ever been to! I am not a fan of coffee but their menu is so expansive, I have tried 2 lemonades (lavender and strawberry) and a caramel steamer, all are delicious. Stephen and his staff are super genuine and friendly. The drinks alone are great but the staff really seals the deal! We are in Westcliffe for a week and we’ve gone three times so far. Such a pleasant experience each time, I recommend this to everyone.

The best coffee shop I have been to. . . PERIOD! Peregrine boasts an expansive organic and specialty coffee menu that appears to be updated often!

One differentiator that sets them apart is their creative craft drink section of the menu. My favorite drink there is the Thunderbolt (sparkling lemonade + espresso)!🌩

I also recommend their bags of coffee as all coffee is roasted on-site! My wife and I love to take a bag home each time we visit.

Went for the first time today. Really nice cozy place. Ordered a medium maple orange cinnamon latte. It was a bit small for a medium. The orange flavor was kind of overpowering. Like they maybe added just a bit too much. I will be back, but I think I will order something else next time. Barista was super friendly.

Hands down the best coffee place in the area. If you love premium coffee, this is the place. Every coffee connoisseurs dream!

Peregrine has the best coffee in all of Colorado and believe me I’ve had a lot of coffee. The staff is always so friendly and every drink I have had has been exceptional. Highly recommend the lavender latte! This is the kind of place where you buy a coffee and some beans to take home.

Stephen really makes a Texan feel at home. The coffee was next level! Everything from the hot chocolate to the chai latte was the best we had as a family. If your in town do yourself a favor and stop by and enjoy the vibes.
