Chop House Restaurant at New Sheridan

Manager just said first come first serve, at discretion of management. I guess we didn’t pass, we will never step foot in there again! Sorry to server that lost good a good tip and good people of 11 years!

Wonderful dining environment in historic, picturesque setting. Food was wonderfully prepared with excellent selection. Staff were five star...truly a wonderful dining experience!!

8 of us ate here and they treated us like celebrities with a complimentary mimosa which was unexpected. I would lean on the swanky side for the over all vibe here & our breakfast was delicious.

Been coming for years. Never a disappointment. Breakfast, lunch,and dinner. Steaks are always great. Service always great. Sides always great.

We went for brunch and we were seated at a table next to a window in the bar room. Delightful view. Friendly service. Tasty food.

Good meals and very over priced. (Ceasar salad was composed of 8 leaves of romaine 4 anchovies with scant amount of dressing). Very tasty

Robert makes the best bloody mary's and flatliners!! Go see him at the bar! and their food is always amazing, especially the cheesecake!

This was probably the best breakfast we have had in Colorado this week and we have been through Manitou Springs, Durango, Silverton, And Ouray thus far. Excellent food, service, and ambiance.

Great oysters, Meat prepared the way it should be. Waiter was as professional as they come. Drinks strong, great selections.

Had a great lunch here during the film festival after a hike. Really nice staff and good portions. Recommend the French Dip!
