This is a fantastic coffee shop! The staff are so friendly and sweet and so knowledgeable. The shop itself is bright and welcoming and so fun. Loved all the foods and drinks we got too. Must try this place!

This one is not as good as the one downtown. I got the chicken pesto croissant sandwich and my friend got the bacon and egg sandwich. I also got the Pueblo mocha. Both sandwiches were decent. The mocha was not as spicy as I would've liked or as the one in the Solar roast downtown. While I'm happy there is one here, I think I'll stick to the one downtown.

Coffee is good and the baristas are always welcoming. However on numerous occasions we've received our order a bit incorrectly. My partner and I always order the same breakfast bagel sandwich here on an everything bagel and almost every time we get it, it's been on a plain bagel. The first three times we didn't say anything because it's not a huge deal, but we brought it up the last time we came and they offered to remake our items which is really thoughtful! But we don't want our order getting remade all the time and us possibly wasting food, we'd just like to receive what we ordered.

Solar Roast is like Pueblo's very own Starbucks. The food and drinks are quality and it shows. I am always impressed by the service too. The atmosphere is one of inclusion and community. I have loved going to this place for years and I just love that they have new locations in Pueblo West and now downtown too!

Delicious coffee paired with fast and friendly service, there's truly nothing to complain about here! If you're close by, this should be your go-to coffee shop.

I've been occasionally getting coffee here for a year. Got a punch card. A few weeks ago I spent over 15 for a drink and a ham and cheese. I asked for a breve but was given a drink made with 2% and I asked for a lightly toasted ham and cheese croissant. It was BLACK toasted so I asked for another and the gal with the reddish died hair had a fit. Was very rude and made me wait for it after three other customers after me got theirs. I decided to complain. I was told to come get a free replacement. Oh boy was that another rude encounter. A nice employee with blonde hair took over my order. But she went to another employee and was whispering to her by the drive thru window...that employee avoided eye contact with me a talked to me with her eyes down looking the counter.then the black toasted croissant maker that was mad at me had a whisper session with the blonde then she was smirking at me and laughing. Well F you id rather see the half naked Ladies and will be finding a different service provider. Whatever happened to customer service.????

I did drive thru. I ordered a maple breve with 2 extra shots. It was meh, but I think I just ordered the wrong thing. They have a big menu, so I'm anxious to try other stuff. And the woman at the drive thru window was really nice.

LGBTQ+ friendly and proudly displays pride flag! Love to see it!!!
However, this is not a “vegan cafe”. While they serve fantastic vegan breakfast burritos; they sadly have 0 vegan pastry options.
The place for vegan baked goods in pueblo 2023 is Gypsy Javas!

Great coffee and pretty decent food if you want something less commercial and more home feeling.

I ordered a breakfast burrito and paid $8??
I think they used to be half the price maybe $5 with tax? They’re good but they’re not THAT good. It’s a small burrito. I know food prices are going up, but I think some of these prices are getting a bit out of hand. ridiculous. :(
