Solar Roast Coffee

Visited the newest location and it is really nice!! They didn't have the green chili for the green chili white mocha so I got my usual Pueblo mocha. It wasn't as good as the one at the original Solar Roast. And I had to add a whole bunch of sugar to make it drinkable for me. The cayenne was great as always. My friend got the lavender mocha which was kinda strongly sweet in the beginning. Turns out she just had to mix it well. After that, it was delicious. And I say this even though I don't like lavender in my drinks.

We also got the chicken pesto and the ham and cheese croissants. The chicken pesto was YUM. Lots of pesto, which is the trick. Heavy so I took half home. The ham and cheese wasn't anything special as per my friend.

The ambience is bright and the walls have a cool abstract pattern. All in all, we really liked this and will come again next time we are in Pueblo West.

The coffee is tasty! If you want flavorful coffee go here. The food is pretty good as well. A potential danger is that the sidewalks weren't shoveled or salted. The inside is fairly small so it can be loud, but it's not that big of a deal.

We decided to get coffee here because it had great reviews online. I am pleased to say they were absolutely correct! The open atmosphere and friendly staff made our visit very enjoyable.

Every day after a haunting day at work, I come here and have a sit down with a whatever coffee or icecream I order. It calms me down so well every time, plus the art all over the walls is so therapeutic.

Nice place. Fun atmosphere. Good coffee. The young ladies were very polite.

This place has the best customer service. I went two days in a row, and it was different people both times, but the same genuine customer service! Not to mention the coffee is amazing!

Gave 3 stars because the coffee is quality but you might want to check your employees that answer the phone on Sundays. Not a great look to get met with attitude like I’m annoying them by calling for a coffee pick up order. I could have sworn that was your literal job?

One of my favorite places and locations! I usually get the carnitas burrito with cilantro rice which is pretty good. Occasionally we may get a quiche as well. However, despite how delicious everything may be,
we have noticed that everything has been burnt in our last few orders.
On an up note, we love the lavender beverages!!!

Great selection of drinks and original food. Friendly staff. Everything I have tried is very good.
