Kinda rude
Edit: It was a male cashier, I’m unaware of his name. I’m not a coffee drinker so I have no idea what is what. I originally came in for boba, they don’t have boba. No problem so I ordered what they had and to make conversation I jokingly said “oh that’s what Google said” but when asking questions of what’s was cold, and similar to a milkshake, the cashier kept redirecting me to the menu “it’s on the menu, whatever’s on the menu” and was obviously annoyed because I didn’t know how to order. I don’t know the difference between frappe, mocha, cappuccino, what’s hot or cold etc He wasn’t helpful or inviting and only reinforced my anxiety of ordering food/drinks in person. The drink was really good but the environment felt cold. I couldn’t wait to get my drink and get out of there.

Breakfast and coffee were on point. I always stop here on my way through town. Try one of their yummy breakfast options.

I got the lavender floral latte, and this is the best one I’ve had, I’m so excited to come back!

the green chile mocha is pretty good but it’s taken unreasonably long the two times I’ve been there, accounting for the amount of other people I saw waiting. The 2nd time I got it, it took 15 minutes and was served to me lukewarm. The veggie breakfast burrito was mediocre at best. I may try other food here in the future but I was not impressed.

A dear friend told me about the special skull cakes she brought for her grandsons for Halloween. I was going to Denver on Saturday before Halloween to spend the weekend with my Grands and Great Grands. I called Friday morning and asked if they had 10 skulls I could take for my kids. Of course they did not but the lovely girl on the phone said they could do a special order and have them ready by 8:00 Saturday AM. I picked one dozen darling skulls, made fresh that morning, wrappped individually and was in Denver by 11:00. The kids were thrilled. The cakes were not only cute, they tasted amazing. Absolutely perfect treat. I knew Gypsy Java did a lovely lunch with beautiful coffee and wonderful service.. This experience was the absolute best.since I retired to Pueblo 5 years ago. If you haven't been to this wonderful place you really must go.
THANK YOU GYPSY JAVA FÒR A MOST FUN AND MEMORY G G DAY!!

Coffee was good but disappointed all of the food was microwaved. So unusual to eat a microwaved bagel that isn't toasted.

The coffee is great. I enjoy the seasonal drink choices. I did not expect that I would like their food so much!
Just try it out and see!

Just stopped in for an afternoon coffee because the latte art looks so good online. However, the in person experience left much to be desired. The barista was flat out rude and the drink, which is supposed to be a rose latte, ended up being watered down espresso with milk. Wish we had a better experience.
