I only come in here every now and then but the atmosphere is great and the way it looks in there is also well done, their drinks are very well made and the service is amazing.

I’m very disappointed in the food and drinks I got today 3/27.

I asked for a lemonade and was asked if I wanted gypsy lemonade, don’t make that mistake, it’s gross. Order my wife an Italian soda that was supposed to be strawberry and hers also tasted like mint. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and it was soggy. The Pueblo sandwich was not great. Such high hopes

Excellent coffee, freshly made in store desserts and atmosphere. There is not music blaring so locals come here to actually have conversations. Different variety of coffee based drinks including chai, charcoal, turmeric and other blends of flavors. Staff is knowledgeable and have great attitudes.

This was my first time in and I ordered a latte with oatmilk It was weirdly curdled and pretty much undrinkable. I’ve never had a latte look like this ever in my life. The atmosphere was great and my grilled cheese was pretty good though.

Good atmosphere, good coffee, friendly baristas, and tasty breakfast burrito! They also had gluten free & vegan options for a breakfast pastry!

Nestled in an Art Deco brick building off of broadway is a cafe worth visiting. This woman owned and operated shop offers house-made items and drinks. They have seasonal flares like Pueblo chili mochas and Gypsy lemonades (hibiscus and peppermint). My favorites are the gluten free vegan white chocolate lavender scone and house chai.

If you're a tourist, definitely try the gypsy mocha with green pueblo chili syrup, so good and unique to the area.

Needed a pick me up on the way to denver and found this little gem! Worth the quick trip off the highway ♡ The ladies running the front were helpful and friendly. I went with their pressed cold coffee and I was not disappointed! Fantastic coffee!!

Nice, little, comfy place to have coffee with a friend. Its not a very big place and kind of noisy even when sitting in the back. Three thing I liked the least was the employee taking our order. I had never been to this place and she seemed inconvenienced that she had to explain anything to me and didn't just quickly order.

Gypsy always wins on Sunday! Their Sunday brunch is amazing and the rainbow/glitter floral lattes are beautiful! Today we had their Goat cheese cheesecake tarts with toast and a fresh spring mix!
