Absolutely love this coffee shop. I'm over a 1000 miles from home and yet I feel relaxed here and able to enjoy. Food is Awesome and so is the dark roast. The staff has been incredibly helpful and supportive.

The person coming up with the menu items KNOWS flavors. Very solid flavor combinations, and just the right amount of heat to dishes and drinks with spicy ingredients. The breakfast burritos were delicious, and the coffee was crafted excellently. The staff clearly cares about their craft, know their customers, and are genuinely friendly. This should be your number one place to try both for coffee and breakfast. Well worth the drive from surrounding areas. Will absolutely be coming back.

Absolutely amazing drinks and food! Came here 2 days in a row on our road trip. I loved their tumeric latte - just the right amount of sweetness and spiciness. Their baked goods are so delectable. Plenty of gluten free and vegan options, and all non-GMO and no artificial flavors/sweeteners (how it should be!). If we lived close, I’d be here almost on the daily!

I enjoy visiting independently owned coffee shops, as well as franchises. This is in the top tier. For an aspiring Gypsy, I felt right at home. The decor is charming, the gypsy mocha was warm and spicy; the selection of treats and heartier fare is plentiful. A thoroughly delightful experience.

Adorable coffee shop. Has delicious pastries and burritos. The gypsy mocha is amazing! The sweet employee suggested it and now I am addicted. I'd like to note that it's one of the only coffee shops opened early in Pueblo.

We tried many coffee places around Pueblo on our recent trip and this is hands down the best one. Very friendly neighborhood vibe with a large selection of drinks and even some breakfast food options and sweets. Check it out if you’re in the area.

They have a rustic looking decor. I stopped for a takeout coffee and breakfast. Ordered the gypsy mocha with green chili, the quiche and a lemon poppyseed muffin. I loved the mocha. The green chili in the mocha was a perfect touch of spice. The quiche was decent and quite filling. The pesto sauce with it was absolutely delicious. The muffin was ok. I am not one for a sweet tooth, but it def needed more lemon in it. Overall it's ok. The inside doesn't have much lighting so would recommend sitting outside.

It's one of my favorite places to eat at in Pueblo! I love the atmosphere, and the service is top-notch, I especially love their breakfast Burrito!

Very nice and cozy place. Coffee was good, but not the food. I ordered a sandwich with eggs, cheese and avocado. The bun was a tasteless industrialized one, stuffed with some sort of cheese and an avocado "cream". It was cold and didn't taste good. I may have been unlucky in my choice, but that was my experience! At other times I tried their pastries and those are good!

Wonderful experience... highly recommend!! Our company hosted a coffee break with the PW Chamber and the coffee and pastries provided were awesome. I appreciated how each employee was eager to assist me on this large order and how well our 40 plus guest enjoyed the whole experience this morning. Thank Gypsy Javas Team!! ❤️
