I love the caramel macchiato hot or iced. It never disappoints! The cinnamon roll is great. The service is tops and they know how you take it even though you are gone for awhile! Such a wonderful place to stay and enjoy the morning sun after my morning walk.

Top-rated for friendly service. This is the #1 local coffee-shop hangout. Quality coffees served by a staff who will treat you like a regular. Excellent muffins/pastries and breakfast burritos! These folks love and support their community, and it shows.

I have since moved away but still dream of their housemade orange cranberry scones and veggie breakfast burritos. As far as coffee goes, I went here 1-2 times a day for 4 years and always had great drinks. Fun staff and cool garden to sit in on a hot day.

Thank goodness that some things , places and people don't change a whole lot. Their coffee is fresh and wonderful, has been for over 20 years and when there is a menu change, its a great thing and always exceptional. Freshly baked goodies for breakfast , delectablle, They refuse to give me the Apple Muffin recipe STILL after begging for years to know what is in it that makes it taste like éverything grand and familiar on a Saturday morning. Every single day of the week. I always felt it was my home (it's actually an old home) because they assume that your family, so be ready with pics. Go and taste the whole experience.

Great place to meet friends and have a coffee

Their coffee is decent but the food was terrible. Break fast sandwiches are frozen food microwaved. Ordered a large cappuccino and I was a given a medium. No attention to detail. Left the place hungry.

Love this place! Love the gardens! Love the drinks! Love the staff! We read their fabulous selection of greeting cards while waiting for a table to open up in the garden. Great vibe! Just all around great place!

I have been coming to the coffee trader on and off over the past 8 years. I temporarily lived in Montrose and now every time that I drive through the town I have to stop and get one of their freezers. They have excellent customer service, a great location to sit and drink coffee, and excellent coffee and drinks.
