Stopped by on our way out of Colorado. Love the quaintness of the coffee shop and how friendly they were. They even invited our 2 dogs inside. Would definitely stop again if ever this way.

I absolutely love this gem of a coffee shop. If one could be cloned and moved to Parker this would be it!!

Small businesses like Ahimsa Coffee warm my heart! Pam (the owner) brings a wonderful warmth to her customers and makes a killer Americano!
Turns out these aren't just any old beans....... Pam has traveled and lived extensively throughout the world and pours that knowledge back into her coffee house! Limon is now a spot on the map we have circled!
Quick on off access from I-70!!! Plus great pastries and small eats ! Dog friendly too!

Not only did we get delicious coffee, but they have alternative milk for those who cannot have real milk. That was a huge plus for my family! Kids had breakfast burritos that did not disappoint. They were huge! I had a cinnamon roll and it was incredible. My favorite part has to be Zeus, the friendly shop doggo. He’s every bit like my brother’s dobbie—sweet and wants all the loves!! Thanks for the great experience and coffee!!

Stopped here to work for half a day while driving through CO. Probably wouldn't again. Have some nice tables and wifi, but the food and drinks were not very good, or at least what we got.

We got breakfast, and were planning to order lunch later but choose not to and went elsewhere because... again, the food was not good.

There was this big dog that seemed to be a resident there that was bothering us and beggin for ur food - you'd think if they keep a dog in a cafe they'd have it better trained but no one seemd to care - it didn't smell great either, which maybe made the good taste worse.

There were also a lot of random religious art and bible quotes around, which also rubbed us the wrong way.

Worth a stop!!! We had great coffees and sausage breakfast burrito on our road trip out of CO. The two employees helping us were friendly and quick. We’ll definitely make the stop when we’re on I70.

Terri was very nice when I accidentally gave her an expired card, and they were busy, too.
Lavender Honey Latte-delicious! Our breakfast sandwiches were good, too!
