Went here specifically because google reviews said they had Gluten Free treats. They had no GF items for breakfast. The gal mentioned, "my espresso machine is acting up", and our coffees were not drinkable. Mine was flavor + hot water. Do yourself a favor and find a different coffee shop next time youre in town.

We stopped by Ahimsa Coffee this morning and some delicious coffee and burritos! The barista was lovely and it was a very warm atmosphere. Worth a visit if you are local or just passing through.

Great drinks, a clean, calm atmosphere, and excellent service. Our car got stuck in a snowdrift and the baristas went out of their way to get help for us to get unstuck. I would highly recommend Ahimsa, and I'm glad we discovered it!

What a rare gem in finding this place. We were traveling through Limon Colorado. There wasn't much for a breakfast place. But so happy we found Ahimsa's. I had a chai vanilla latte. It was absolutely the best I have ever had. They bake their own muffins and pastries. Be sure to try the vanilla bean scones! They were heavenly! Micki was the owner and a delightful person so engaging and made everyone feel welcome. If I could give her 10 stars I would.

They don’t serve breakfast sandwiches for lunch. And they didn’t have the pre-mixes for açaí bowls. So half the menu didn’t exist when we stopped by. Drinks were fine but I would not go again and risk no inventory for what we wanted. It was pet-friendly.

Road tripping across Colorado and we’re excited to find this cute coffee shop. We ordered 2 caramel macchiatos and I’m not sure what we received but bummed we didn’t realize our order was wrong until we were back on 1-70. Super disappointed that we spent $15 on coffee that we didn’t order. We were the only customers in the shop too.
