I stopped this place when I have been on the road for 4 days and hadn't had any actual good coffee other than convenience store coffee. Not only was the lady that worked there so nice and welcoming the coffee was amazing the services great place was immaculate not to mention the pastries and the breakfast burritos being on point! If I ever go through here again I will definitely stop!!

We recently waited out a winter storm in Utah/ Wyoming/ Colorado by staying here in Limon. Ahimsa Coffee was a delight to discover within walking distance of our hotel. The coffee/ espresso is really good with so many drink specialties to choose from. April's Coconut Cream Pie was my favorite! They also serve breakfast burritos and sandwiches that were delicious and a welcome change from the fast food we've been eating while on the road. I couldn't be more delighted by the quality of people, coffee and food at this location. If you're traveling along I-70 either to or from Denver I would highly recommend a 10 minute detour to check this place out; you won't regret it!

Stopped in on our way to and from Denver with our infant twins. This place was very accommodating. Even has diapers available in the restroom.
Sofas to feed the babies on and relax a minute.

I love this coffeehouse and wish it was in Lawrence, Kansas where I live! Perfect place for coffee, food, and the amazing people. We stop both ways on our trips to visit family in Colorado. Love their sweatshirts and other products too. Great vibes!!

The crew at the counter was warm and welcoming. They made me a mystery drink because I couldn't make up my mind on a flavor. Great experience, highly recommended

Nice place with mostly friendly employees. I've found that smaller towns are fantastic to live in, but the quality of food in most restaurants is very average with the exception of Mexican restaurants (which are usually fantastic).
I've had their hot drinks before and they are decent with the exception of the chai, which is from a powdered mix and too sweet for me.
I just had a sausage breakfast burrito. I didn't see prices anywhere and was a bit surprised that it was almost ten dollars. Add a small bottle of Body Armor drink and it's over thirteen dollars for them both.
The burrito was very average but ok. Most other places sell the same thing for about 5-7 dollars so as I consider low quality expensive burrito with nice atmosphere and friendly staff, 3 stars is where i would normally put it but I went 4 because the bathroom was super clean and most of the drinks are decent.
