We had a great experience here. Party of 11 celebrating my birthday in Glenwood Springs. We celebrated my birthday breakfast here and everything was so good. The Daily Bread is where we wanted to have breakfast at but they refused to serve us because we were such a large party. So we came to Sacred Grounds and I am so glad we did, the food was delicious!! The service was kind and fast. We will definitely come back!
They give you nicknames when you order and then when your food is ready they call you by your nickname. So fun.
I recommend this business 100 percent.

Nice coffee shop and cafe with a cozy and welcoming vibe. The yogurt parfait is especially creamy and delicious, as are the bagel and egg sandwiches. The cinnamon rolls are massive and not too sweet with a nice, tangy cream cheese frosting. The coffee is good and the prices are reasonable, what more could you want from a good breakfast spot?

The food is just about alright taste-wise but it is very expensive for what you get. Interior is nice enough but for $12 I’d expect a bigger and higher quality sandwich.
Staff was friendly though.

My sandwich was delicious and I could not have found a better coffee for my morning in Glenwood Springs, I will definitely come here for my breakfast next time!!

Breakfast burrito was delicious! Service was great. Neat how they assign you a celebrity name they'll call for you to pick up your order - mine was Julia Roberts.

Meh. The food was expensive, small portion, and pretty bland. We ordered several things and none of it was very good. The coffee and service were not great either. Better options around town. Most likely will not return.

Terrible service and food. I went there on my last day of my one week vacation. I ordered a single waffle for $8, something that I make at home. The waffle had some old burnt chunks from the waffle maker that probably they don’t clean and the syrup was just in a table and who knows how old it was. I got really sick later that day and was puking a lot. Some days later some balls appeared in my neck/throat, went to the hospital to check on me and the doctor told me that my studies showed that I was positive on streptococcus. Horrible place!!!

It’s a decent place to grab foods and coffee!

Cheese danishes last up to 4 days before it begins to go bad, then it takes a couple more day to start building mold. I bough a strawberry cheese danish in my visit to glenwood CO at this bakery, and my pastry had mold!!!! I ate almost all of it thinking it was just a bit sour and when I got almost to the end of it, there was mold!!!!! They do not have fresh pastries, the fridge was below temperate and it is just infuriating.

Try somewhere else for breakfast. $13 for this limp breakfast burrito. Unfriendly cashier.
