Excellent coffee!!! Super nice staff!

Dark roast coffee was like water and absolutely had no flavor. I stood there for 5 minutes wondering why she wasn't getting it, as it comes straight out of the large coffee maker "premade", and after finally inquiring about it, she stated, oops, forgot you ordered that, here you go. Threw mine away in trash can, again like water and no taste evident. Wife's pumpkin coffee overly sweet. Apple fritter completely dried out. On top of this, young manager with blond reddish beard and headband starts conducting an employee review with the employee loudly and seated in customer area in leather sofa chairs within 4ft of us. Embarrassing to the employee and others around. I gently explained to the young manager, discussions with their employees of that nature should be private affairs, and that it was uncomfortable for all. Not the setting we want to go to on a Sat morning to relax and have coffee in. The manager got defensive instead of hearing us, and continued at an even higher level, giving the employee bad marks for performance. We got up and left. This manager just doesn't get it, and failed his own review on the spot. Here's your sign, there's the door. If you can't hear and take constructive criticism, you have no business playing pretend manager. We'll never go back. Worst coffee experience ever. Side note, place looks a little run down compared to other coffee shops we usually frequent. People expect friendly service, hot coffee, fresh pastries, it's simple, but not here. We'll go back to Panara Bread, Kneaders, Starbucks, etc.

Disrespectful people who do not follow CDC and governor guidelines. They only pick and choose which parts of the governor's order they want to follow. People with breathing problems or medical conditions are prohibited from entering this establishment because they are unable to wear a mask. The manager of this place said "I don't care about their medical condition" which is not right and they should be following the full orders given to them by the governor.

Being from MN, we miss the wonderful flavors of Caribou Coffee. Nice to have a location in the area. My mocha latte was perfect. Thanks!

I used to receive such great, friendly service at this location that I keep going despite the fact that the service seems to continually decline. Also, consistency, or attention to detail, I'm not sure. What I do know is that I seldomly receive a coffee drink now that has the wonderful flavor I crave. And the drinks are definitely different each time I go, even though I always order a half sweet, dark chocolate, campfire cooler. Mmmm! If it's done right. So I tried again today. Mmmm? Meh. If this is half sweet or dark chocolate, I'd be very surprised. I had to repeat my order twice, which I don't mind, it seems like a lot of special instructions to me. Then I hear "we'll have your total at the window" which gives me pause. Ok, maybe a newbie who doesn't know how to ring up the special instructions. I pay, she says "here's that campfire cooler"- another pause from me, as I'm accustomed to having the special instructions read back with my drink. I'm already running late, so I take my drink and drive off. Then I taste it about a mile down the road. Not so good, and definitely not the way I ordered it. I probably won't go back unless someone invites me to meet there for coffee. Bummer for me, but I'll save on gas, so yay! I used to drive out of my way for Caribou 2-4 times/week. Not anymore.

My absolute favorite coffee shop! I enjoyed this coffee every time I travel to the area. We make a special trip to Caribou and it never disappoints.

This is a favorite place of mine. Great spot for a morning business meet up. The staff tries hard and does a great job. Stop on in but please save me a couple seats! Naw just kidding...enjoy yourself!

Always receive a perfect white chocolate mocha, the employees are very nice and provide great customer service, the place is clean and relaxing. My husband and I have become regulars here!

The employees are always incredibly friendly, the environment is warm and welcoming, and the coffee is fantastic!!!
