Caribou Coffee

Consistently the best coffee. This is by far my favorite coffee. Always quick and friendly. I know it sounds silly, but I like in the drive-through they don’t close the window until you drive off. It always felt weird when places did that and just slammed the window in your face. It’s the small things.

Everyone here is so friendly, but it feels like I only get what I order maybe half of the time… I ordered a campfire mocha this morning and I got something with peppermint in it. I got all the way to work before I was able to get a sip of it. I paid $7 for a drink this morning I don’t even like. I would ask for a refund but now 6 miles away at work and stuck with it. I understand people make mistakes but this has happened countless times to me.

Staff is always friendly and pays close attention to your order. The coffee drinks are so much tastier vs. Starbucks. Never bitter or taste like it's almost burnt. Very smooth, flavorful, and delicious.

Very kind staff! They are always quick! Accessible access is available. Indoor and outdoor seating. Of course, the coffee is always consistent.

05/11/2022 640 am.visit wasn't friendly. The girl, and that's being nice, working the drive through doesn't want to be there. She's lucky I needed to get to work or else I'd of parked and gone in and embarrassed her. Folks, if you are bothered by people, don't work in the people business.

Best Mocha of any coffee chain, hands down! They put chocolate covered coffee beans on the lid as an extra touch! Staff is always friendly! My only complaint is I wish they put another location near Stroh Ranch. I have to drive to the other side of town to get my fix. Worth it though!!!

My favorite hidden gem in the Parker area. The staff is so great. They always remember me too!

The Manager “unknown” name because she refused to tell me, was extremely disrespectful. I order the incorrect drink i suppose cause she handed me a hot drink on accident as i dont even go to Caribou i told her i wanted the frapp and she proceeded to make it while mocking me behind the counter to her employee because i said frapp rather than cooler. Upset over making a new drink. I could HEAR her and see her talking negatively over a drink when i was very nice to her. It ls Unfortunate Caribou has someone like her running that business and giving that example to her employees. Horrible experience, i will never go here again.

Owner doesn't follow mask laws and rejects customers with medical exemptions to the governers orders.

Employees also don't use masks correctly. Terrible customer service.

This is our go to place to study for an entire decade even though it’s 40 minutes from our house. Sara with the pink hair is always incredibly sweet and makes us feel like family. ❤️
