Caribou Coffee

I ordered a latte and I think they changed beans quality or roasting, because it tastes like everywhere else. I like that it's not crowded inside, but drive through is very busy.

Best coffee ever! Such better quality than Starbucks. All the employees are so sweet and knowledgeable.

I forgot who got me hooked or how I ended up trying Caribou coffee. Either way, I have a wonderful experience every time I step foot at this specific location. Everyone who works here is so friendly. I drive from Castle Rock and it’s well worth it!

My friend and I went to this Caribou Coffee yesterday. We have never felt so unwelcomed in our lives. We felt like all they cared about were their drive through customers AND in fact.. they did not want us to stay and couldn't wait for us to leave. I am so disappointed because I used to love Caribou Coffee, but we will never go back.

Love this place! We discovered a small store in Colorado 3 years ago during a vacation. Now, every time we are back in Colorado, we make sure to visit one of the Caribou Coffee shops at least once before our vacation ends even if it's out of the way because the coffee is so good here. I even order caribou coffee online and have it sent to my house because we don't have their coffee in Texas. I'm in love with the Turtle Mocha (milk chocolate) and my husband loves the Iced Mint Condition. So glas we found this coffee! Must try!

They are always very kind and make my drinks just how I want them, I cannot have caffeine so it means a lot they pay attention to how my drink needs to be made. I also wanted to mention how SWEET the two girl were that I saw just this afternoon (just before 2pm 1/23) they made my drink perfectly and were just so nice, I always appreciate the kindness here!

My home away from home. Love their coffee and the atmosphere, kinda like a log cabin with a coffee shop inside. My dream come true. I tried to move in and offered to pay rent, staff declined. However they were super cool about it. Great coffee and a nice mellow place to wake up when you don’t want the hustle noises of a major coffee chain.

I'm originally from MN where Caribou Coffee is king. I love their coffee-when it's made correctly. The main issue at almost every Caribou location I've been to in CO is the consistency. I wish they would improve in that area. I order the same thing and it tastes very different every time. Sometimes they put the marshmallows on the Campfire cooler sometimes they don't. Or chocolate on the Berry White. Sometimes they are out of whipped cream or creamer. Unless they get better, people will go elsewhere. One barista will make it correctly and the next one won't. The customer service in the last few months has gone downhill; and it sounds like the manager who was there isn't anymore. They are all kind of snarky now. I used to go at least once a week but because of these reasons I've been finding alternatives.

I absolutely love Caribou Coffee. They have the best coffee around. This particular location is pretty good if you want to get a little bit of work done on your laptop and enjoy a beverage. The only gripe I have about this place is how hard it is to get to you when you're heading East on Lincoln Avenue. But do not let that deter you. If you haven't stopped in this place before, give it a shot.

Service is quick and polite. Coffee is good but expensive. I could go to Starbucks and get the same order and save about $3 every time. It's good if you don't mind spending a little extra. But amazingly due to price point going anywhere else is probably the cheapest option. Plus sad there is no soy option.
