The Rose

First time here (from out of town). Drinks were divine! Service was impeccable! I got the Rose Salad with Ahi Tuna and it was amaaaaazing! So much flavor and so fresh. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous little spot. Great service and affordable, delicious food. I had a Brussels and ahi tuna tacos. Will definitely return!

First, I have to mention that I have had hundreds, maybe in the thousands, of exceptional meals in my 17 years as an adult. The meal my wife and I just shared was guaranteed to rank in the top five. All around incredible meal and service. Would give more stars if I could.

The Buffalo Cauliflower - cauliflower done like chicken wings and served with buffalo and ranch - are amazing, and a must have.

I'm also really partial to their Ahi Tuna Tacos.

The menu changes regularly, and there's always something new to try. The desert selection is mouth watering as well.

The Rose worked with me on a special occasion and did a truly phenomenal job.

Amazing food! I came here with my family tonight and I couldn't wait to write a 5-star review. All the dishes were amazing and so were the drinks. I ordered the avocado fries, the ramen, the shrub, and the Spanish teacake. Everything was PHENOMENAL. It was inventive and unique. If your staying in Beaver Creek or Vail, I recommend you come here.

Came here for lunch, and our food (ahi tostadas and Impossible Burger) and cocktails were great, but what really stood out was our server. The gentleman who served us (I forgot his name, but a young guy with blonde hair) was fantastic. A patron with disabilities came in shortly after we sat down, and our server was so incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure he was comfortable, asking so nicely if he preferred his beer in a can or a glass, and just being really friendly and helpful. It was so nice to see him go out of his way, beyond what might have been “necessary,” to make sure the patron enjoyed his visit to The Rose. I hope the owners read this, because the waiter working on 5/26 around 1:30 or 2 deserves to be praised!

If I could give 6 stars I would. Food is incredible. It's small. 5 dishes all of which were fantastic. Most reasonably priced in Vail. Worth every penny. We Will be back.

Cute and trendy. They have items you can't get everywhere, like the impossible burger. There is a variety of seating types so you can curate the type of experience you are looking for. They are gluten knowledge and happy to make something for you.

Wow! What a sweet local restaurant!! Menu is fantastic & some entrées change weekly. Drinks are amazing!! Highly recommend!!
