Really nice find on the way home from skiing Snowmass. Pleasant waitstaff; had the Ahi Tostadas, Beet Salad, and the Ramen Bowl. All prepared and presented well, high quality food at a reasonable price. I suggest trying it!

They have good food and really great cocktails.

Parking is challenging, but well worth it. The food here is unique and delicious! Someone here has a great sense of humor!

This is one of my favs! It has the best Ramon I have ever consumed and the drinks are amazing.

So vegan friendly, I love this place. I got the banh mi Sammy and would get it over and over again. We told them to make it vegan and instead of just removing the meat and serving us the sandwich, they added avocado tempura - which was delicious.

Service was great and they had reeeaaalllly interesting cocktails.

My cousin had her rehearsal dinner at The Rose, and I'm not sure my words will do our experience justice. From the drinks to the hors d'oeuvres to the main course to the dessert, the flavors were absolutely incredible. There wasn't a single person in attendance who wasn't blown away by our meal. I also have a gluten allergy, and the chef/owner made sure I could enjoy nearly everything on the set menu (with adjustments). It was genuinely one of the best meals I've ever had, and I couldn't recommend them more!

Best Ramen in the Valley! Apps are tasty af....toug to not order one of everything on the menu!

The food is decently priced for the area and we liked everything, and sat outside (they don’t have a deck but they have sidewalk seating). The “crispy pork” to us was like carnitas…very tender but crispy edges…yum. Beet salad was great though the nuts were a dust and not whole.

Very friendly staff! Want to go back to dry other dishes.

Menu is disjointed, many ingredients were out. The seasonal menu said August when we were here in November. We were seated at a folding table while the restaurant was empty.

Recently visited with my sister and 16 month old niece. They were very accommodating, the food was FIRE. We had the Korean Fried Chicken Wings, the "Elote" Street Vegetables, and the baby loved the avocado fries with soy aioli - we all did! Cocktails were delicious, service was very warm, welcoming, and attentive, and the overall vibe of the place was wonderful. I'm not normally excited to go home and write a google review but... here we are :) 10/10 would recommend. *It sounds like the cocktail menu and the food menu changes regularly but it's one of those places where I'm willing to trust it and get something different every time.*
