Avocado Fries - insane! Crispy pork tacos are perfect.

Marge was awesome! We were so excited to visit this place based upon a recommendation from a friend. The warm eclectic atmosphere was on point with the service, food, and craft cocktails. We were blown away by the flavor of the drinks we ordered and varieties that were offered. Thank you so much for making our honeymoon experience amazing! We will DEFINITELY be visiting again next time we are in town!

The food here is fantastic. It’s a 5/5. My family has enjoyed it every time we are in town.

However, today during lunch we had a different experience with regard to service. Upon asking that the bill be paid by me (avoiding the scramble for everyone to get their hands on the check and pay) I was brought out the signature copy only. The bill seemed high so I asked for an itemized copy only to find gratuity was included already and I had left an additional 20% unknowingly.

Whether her intentions were nefarious or not are only for her to know, but having experienced service staff take advantage in a similar fashion previously, it did and does not sit well. We hope it will be handled differently in the future.

I love the rose! It’s a cute casual local spot with the best craft cocktails in town! Their bartender Daryl knows what’s he doing! The avocado fries and the buffalo cauliflower are a must. I Love their tacos and ahi poke bowl. Def My go to spot!

We were so looking forward to an early dinner at the The Rose. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience and never even sat down to eat. We arrived with a family of 4 at 5:30 and a staff member told me they would have a table ready for us in 5-10 minutes. 20 minutes later another staff member said she was setting the table for us. After another 20 minutes I asked again about the table and she said she actually didn’t know how much longer it would be. After waiting for over an hour I asked a third staff member for a realistic wait time and she said 30 more minutes. I’ve never felt more unwelcome at a restaurant. They either didn’t want to seat us because we had two children with us or have a terrible waiting system a communication with customers.

If you are in the Edwards area visit The Rose. I ordered Ramen Bowl, and my husband had the pork belly tacos. So delicious! They also have a hot tea menu selection for tea lovers. The service was really good, and the place has awesome atmosphere. We will be back!

We come here every time were in Edwards (once a month). The eclectic decor is charming, the service is great The food and drinks are unique and tasty. My go-to drink is the How the West Was Fun, and fav dish is the crispy pork tacos.

Ok. It’s kinda easy to walk by, they need better signage... but maybe that’s part of the cool factor? THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. GO. All the food is top notch delicious and delectable.
The asthmatic inside is all handmade and you can tell they put a lot of hard work into the “vibe”. So well done. Easily one of the best places to eat/drink in Edwards

I visited the area for a ski weekend in Beaver Creek. This restaurant was recommended by the staff at the resort I stayed at, The food and service was amazing and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I really enjoyed the Riverwalk area. I shopped, got my haircut and had cocktails all within walking distance of each other. I will definitely be back to The Rose and The Riverwalk!
