Huge menu. The brush creek on an everything bagel is my jam. You can even get lunch food early. Honestly the best place in eagle to eat

Great service and food! Best croissant and cinnamon roll we’ve had. Fair warning: there is hazelnut butter in the chocolate croissant. Excellent burritos!

At some point over time I want to try everything here there food is good and don’t look like you could go wrong with anything it all sounds and looks good and what I’ve had tasted great

Our favorite place for a sandwich in Eagle. All of the bread and ingredients are fresh, making for an awesome sandwich every time. Staff and service are great as well.

I have lived in the valley for a decade and just recently moved down valley to eagle. I hadn't been to red canyon but really wanted to try it out. I took my two young kids. Upon walking in my kids noticed a stuffed unicorn and a spider Man figure. They both lit up and said "LOOK!" Well, their reaction resulted in the young lady working the counter verbally reacting by dramatically saying "oh my goodness screaming children." It seemed like she was annoyed, so I just turned right around and walked out the door. Bummed I didn't get to try to local eats but, I was happy to walk across the street to Owashis where they have always welcomed our family and especially our children.

Great selection of sandwiches both hot and cold. Quick service. Lots of outdoor seating.

Walked over from work today to grab a quick lunch. The Cobb Salad with pesto ranch is amazing!!! Totally hit the spot! Highly recommend Red Canyon Cafe :-)

The Chi tea is wonderful, food is fresh and we'll portioned. A fun environment inside and out on the patio. Me and my kids love it!

Terrible service by Hanna. My first visit, waited 30 mins for a crappy rueben. Really bad first impression. Nothing worse than hiring kids who just dont care, i wont beback, huge failure on their part to this chef. I will be sure to warn everyone to stay clear.
