Awesome deli. Ending up being a delicious lunch stop. Very good homemade sandwiches here, about as good as one could ask for. Definitely worth a stop if you are traveling along I-70. Amazing hot sauce too.

Small, quiet cafe in the middle of town. We went here for breakfast while staying at an Airbnb up the road and were not disappointed. I really enjoyed my bagel sandwich and espresso while admiring some of the local art up on the walls. Worth a stop if you are cheating in Eagle or just driving I-70 and want some good coffee.

Every year we go camping around this area, and every single year we stop by here once on our way home. Red Canyon Cafe is a cute little cafe in the historic part of Eagle and it's likely to become just as preserved as the town. The food is great, the drinks are amazing, and the service is always a pleasure. If you're passing by and need to find a place to eat, dont look anywhere else.

Great little coffee shop and Cafe in Eagle. I had a yummy breakfast bagel sandwich and coffee. Sat out on the dog friendly patio with my hound and was delighted when one of the baristas came out and gave Teddy a piece of bacon (after asking if it was OK, of course). Very nice way to start a Sunday.

Perhaps the best deli sandwich ever, only to be improved by the cheery, fun and passionate service by the staff. A tiny, a bit crowded space made as big as the world by the folks who run the place. I will now stop in every time I am headed west or east on I-70.

Consistently great food and friendly service. This is our go-to place for sandwiches...and they make great breakfast burritos and iced lattes too.

Godly sandwiches, emaculate vibes, best stop on a road trip!

With an extensive menu and great house coffee this cafe is well worth four stars..the outdoor area is nice, and situated in a safe quiet environment..my only beef is that the ordering area is small and gets congested...if you have social anxiety be prepared to rub elbows.
