Amazing coffee, tasty breakfast. Good prices. Friendly staff. Seemed to stay busy in the mornings with constant business.

Delicious sandwiches restaurant, so easy, convenient cabin!! The food is amazing, the atmosphere very cosy, I love it, I definitely recommend this place, even for a delicious hot or cold mocha or other drink.

I highly recommend Red Canyon Cafe. They have an extensive menu of delicious options to choose from. The wraps are my favorite. They are also extremely friendly with great customer service.

Such a great little sub shop. You must stop in for lunch if your ever in Eagle CO. They also have a gluten free option for all the subs.

I went to the Red Canyon this morning -- masked and gloved -- the first time I've been to any food service in three and a half months. Their set-up is completely safe and comfortable. If you bring your own cup or container, they will just fill it up -- no touching. LOTS of tables all along the sidewalk, well distanced. It felt so good to sit there and drink my coffee and eat my cookies and do my crossword puzzle! My absolute favorite place.

And now two years later, I just had the best salad ever! The House Salad. An so looking forward to warmer weather so I can sit outside.

Sandwiches are bomb. The indoor seating is small, so hopefully it's enough to sit outside!

I legit cannot say enough good things about the Red Canyon Cafe. Awesome food, great cookies, and stoke levels through the roof!

I had the Valley Vegan wrap and the flavor was great. It's often hard to find a good vegan sandwich that doesn't use marinated tofu but this one was really good.
