The food was delicious and atmosphere was elegant. This restaurant is where many who ski come to enjoy. With the dietary limitations I had I was able to find something without having to alter the dish. Dinner time would have been a better time to enjoy as we ate here in the middle of ski lessons. Would have liked to enjoy it more but we had a short break and food came fast and fresh.

I frequent this airport establishment everytime I fly out, which is 2 to 3 times a month.
Today, my wife and I are en route to South America on vacation and we stopped in here for a pre-flight cocktail. I ordered a Bloody Mary but my wife decided she needed to do some shopping and left. When she came back, she had a single-order of Avocado Toast that she wanted to eat and sat at the bar to have a quick snack. Some sort of manager who identified himself as a “sommelier”told my wife to put the food away. She quietly packed up and left with her humble 1 piece of Avocado Toast.
I expressed my opinion, with all respect and in a calm voice that as a restaurant executive, for 35 years, I thought that was unnecessary. The “sommelier” repeated himself four times that “if” I was a restaurant professional, I should know better. Over and over again. Had he simply said, “thanks for your feedback” and move on, that would have been okay. But he didn’t. He wanted to insist I should know better. Not listening to feedback, even when you disagree, is unprofessional.
With respect, I don’t understand his objections.
This is an airport location, not a fine-dining establishment. This is a pit-stop, at best. Call yourself what you want, but your customers are passing through and you should hope they do so with frequency.
This is a “no harm, no foul” situation that requires a bit of professional discretion and common courtesy as well as some degree of professional courtesy.
Had they just said “we don’t allow outside food, but go ahead and finish you toast” it would have been different. But to be told to “put your food away” and “you should know better” smacks of unprofessionalism and disregard for discretion and common sense.
I spend $25 to $50 for my pre-flight drinks and food usually, but now, they will lose my repeat business all because the inability of this “sommelier” to use professional discretion and common sense.
We didn’t walk in there with 3 pizzas and a bucket of chicken wings. My wife had a single order of Avocado Toast.
The Benjamin Franklin saying of “no harm, no foul” needs to be re-instituted with common sense.
They have lost a customer and the business I was bringing 2-3 times a month.

Airport locations are not a stand alone fine dining establishment. Get real.

I had a 2 hour wait at Denver airport and was looking for Breakfast. Pour La France looked good so I decided to try it. I was pleasantly surprised. I had the Croque Madame and a Chocolate Croissant with coffee. My server was excellent and very attentive. I don't think my coffee cup ever got to empty. The only thing I didn't love was the price. It was expensive, though when being held hostage in an airport concourse, high costs are expected, though not appreciated.

After being ignored waiting for a table for ten minutes at Smash Burger, i walked back to Pour La France. I was greeted and seated right away by a friendly hostess, served quickly, and had their delicious French onion soup before my flight.
They must be doing something right, treating their team well, because they did not appear to be short staffed like everyone else. Thank you for making a Sunday work travel day a little better to my server, Khan.

I've walked the showering streets of Paris and uncovered similar delicacies. Dripping with delicious fragrant cheese only a true poet would be brave enough to attempt to capture in a simple thread of words. Our wait staff had an understanding of what champagne went best with one of their many rose crusted appetizers. When I miss France, this is a solid place to feel the cheese!

This is our favorite place to grab a quick meal before we fly. We love the salmon plate and the old fashioned drinks. We are very impressed with Ashley. She rembers us every time we visit, and even remembers our food selection. Great food and excellent service.

Seasoning of the steak was excellent, but the steak was a bit on the tough side, took quite a bit of chewing before I was able to swallow it. The fries was good too, just the right amount of seasoning without being too salty.
The soda was a ripoff, at $6 a bottle, I would expect much more. Turned out it was similar to the 711 fountain drink, except it was 6 times the price.
Atmosphere was typical airport, but the hosts and server were concerned about my boarding time, which was good.

We had excellent breakfast while waiting for our next flight out of the airport. The service was excellent from our wait staff and the ability to view the airport and playing movement was nice also. We had French toast and a omelet that was wonderful.

This a decent spot with great people taking care of your layover needs. I think it needs a bit more character to become exceptional...

i love the ratatouille toast! it’s so unique and nothing like i’ve had before. it has squash and egg on top of a yummy slice of bread. from their quick grab section: i love their providence salad— chick peas, sun dried tomatoes, cucumber, feta, kalamata olives…overall a very satisfying flavor and size! my boyfriend really enjoys the turkey wrap!
