Love this place! The barista‘s are always friendly and make drinks very quickly. The wood decor is very warming, hence why it’s a great neighborhood gem!
Just to be forewarned, this coffee shop does not have any Wi-Fi. They prefer it to be a place of community and conversation.

Very good coffee!! Also a great environment to sit and enjoy your coffee. Their breakfast burritos are also very good, I recommend them. It is not too expensive for high quality coffee and it is in a really nice part of Denver.

We tried and tried to find a good coffee place in Denver. In the year + we had been looking, there were very few that were good and even less with good service. Pablo's goes above and beyond for both. We had ordered an ice coffee and a cappuccino and were surprised that neither were the typical sour, watery garbage that many other places seem to be thriving on surprisingly enough. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable and didn't make you feel rushed or stupid when you asked questions like the hipster douchebags as some other cafes do *cough* Fluid *cough*. Can't wait to go back!

Pablo's coffee is a local favorite. Huge fan of their fresh pasteries, chai, and lattes alike.

This is among my favorite coffee shops in the world, and I cut my coffee-snob teeth living and working in Italy. It’s everything that someone who simply loves classic espresso drinks to be. You can tell from the first visit that they take pride in doing it right.
They have other stuff too, but I mostly feed my coffee obsession. On the one occasion I had a breakfast burrito, it was good. Hit the spot, nothing fancy. My impression is that they take daily delivery of pastries from a local shop that also does it right. The scones are excellent. They appear to be well prepared for tea lovers too, with a wide selection that appears they receive the same care as the coffee.

I hadn't been to this location, only the one on Penn. I loved all the plants and it was a nice place to sit down and have a casual date. It was pretty busy/not many open seats so we were lucky to get a table. But that's Cap Hill.
I have always preferred Pablo's coffee to others in Denver.

Some of the best coffee in Denver, hands down! Usually busy but have never had to wait too long, and worth the wait when busy. We've been the lucky recipients of a pound/month for the past 3 years and even though I normally avoid the entire downtown area like the plague, I have made it down and never missed a month due to the phenomenal joe. Try the 2 Stroke Smoke if you're a dark roast lover. Pretty hard to beat!

Just overall an awesome coffee shop. They have great coffee, food, and location. Definitely a favorite of mine. Can't wait to finally get back to being able to work from a coffee shop

Ive had coffee at many different shops around the country as well as all over Denver. This is hands down the best regional roaster in the area.
