My favorite coffee shop in Denver! Excellently roasted coffee. Friendly staff and a very inviting atmosphere. Wouldn’t change a thing.

Pablo’s on 6th has been my go to spot for over a year now. After initially trying all the coffee shops on the various “Best Of” lists only a few stood out. 1. Pablo’s roasts their own beans, 2. Plant city; it’s calming to be around so much green, 3. The Baristas; good people who love coffee and who make your day better, 4. Consistency; smooth, delicious and smells amazing every time, 5. OUTDOOR SEATING, love that you can actually hang out outside and enjoy the brew.

Overall, Pablo’s is LIT and you should be consuming their coffee.

Hands Down_ Best Prices in Town. I appreciate the baristas that listened to my personal desires for my ice coffee. They did everything they could to make it happen, lots of ice!

Go to this shop to be greeted with smiles, listened to and served in an extremely quick turnaround, and leave uplifted and ready to take on the world! 2 coffee and a scone for 11.00- where can you beat that?

We heard so much about this coffee shop that we had to check it out for ourselves. A quick stop in for a to go coffee before a hike and it was perfect. The house light blend was delicious. We'll be back.

I recently visited Pablo's Coffee and was very impressed with my experience. The vanilla soy latte was creamy, smooth, and full of flavor. The barista was efficient and friendly, and the shop had a welcoming vibe. I highly recommend Pablo's Coffee, particularly for their delicious vanilla soy lattes.

Down to earth staff + vibe. Tasty beans and house-made syrups (maple bourbon + pistachio mocha). Awesome plants, lighting. Nice art. Little to no pretentiousness 🤝🏽 ☕️

No WiFi and generic coffee quality. Hard pass unless you’re in the area and need coffee on the go. Not made for remote work or studying.

Never have been inside but have had their coffee a ton. Coffee is great! One of the best lattes in Denver.
