Probably the most delicious and well priced coffee in Denver! Comfortable place, nice staff, what could be better…

Outstanding coffees and teas at reasonable prices. Cozy atmosphere with comfortable seating, friendly staff. Not very much parking closeby, would recommend parking one block north and three west by the park and walking the rest of the way, or if you are on foot or riding a bike.

Their coffee is borderline too strong but I think that’s a good thing. It will DEFINITELY wake you up. Also they’re able to make almond milk foam better than anywhere I’ve been. I have an espresso machine at home and don’t understand how they do it.

Quick service and outstanding coffee. The cold brew is very intense, had my hands shaking for a couple hours. Not for the occasional coffee drinker but their other drinks aren't as strong and all are delicious.

I’ve been on the cast of Pablo’s sitcom for about 11 years now. It’s definitely my happy place. Legendary Denver establishment, one of the few surviving entities that I remember from before corporate cannabis and terrible condo buildings.

Definitely my favorite coffee shop in all of Denver, mainly because of the selection of coffee and extremely knowledgeable staff. Pablo's is definitely more than just a coffee shop (sounds exaggerated but once you visit you will see), it reminds me more of an "expert" coffee shop. The staff and management seem to really be in love with what they do and it shows.
Kyndal is one of my favorite Baristas as she always walks me through the different coffee that they have available and I have learned something new every time I visit.
The only drawback... there is no WiFi at this location.

10 out of 10 stars from me. I've been frequenting this shop since the early 00s, and I love it so much. Nowhere in the world has coffee compared to this little shop. I love Pablo's! PABLO'S FOR LIFE!!

Used to be the best coffee house in Denver.
They have a coffee called Danger Monkey which formerly was outstanding, dark, rich and delicious
Now it's sour, thin and just lame.
Since it WAS ridiculously popular, one can only assume that the changes were financially motivated to get a cheaper product.
Their baked goods are iffy, sometimes okay , sometimes old and stale.
Used to be fun and funky, now it's a bit too hipster
All in all, definitely find a different coffee fix.
