Very good pour over coffee with your choice of chemex or kalita methods. Also offers nitro cold brew, alchoholic coffees, and breakfast burritos. Novo has a very relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff, so a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee and catch up with some friends.

This is my favorite coffee spot downtown, Novo has the best coffee and also on a nice day they open up the patio so it’s a great spot to meet with friends or just bring your laptop and work.

Super friendly, patiently explain options and pretty quick consider how bust they were. But speed wasn’t necessary for me at this point so I wasn’t too concerned with that.

First coffee spot was a success. The seasonal Harvest Spice is great

Nice little spot just off the 16th Street Mall. The food options are a bit limited, but they have a gluten free coffee cake that is quite good. My cappuccino was spot on.

I was heading into downtown and saw this location. Looked cozy so we stopped to have a cup of coffee. Although it tasted good. Have to say $7 for a small latte that tasted no better than any other coffee shop was a little much. We just expected more at that price point.

Loved this place. We were in town just for a short weekend trip and, luckily, this gem was close to our hotel. I'm pretty particular about drinking single origin pour overs, and they had a couple beans and sizes to pick from. Friendly staff. Cool little atmosphere. Would recommend!

I am unreasonably fussy and discerning with espresso. They just blew my mind with a single origin shot with a Rwanda bean. Perfect sweetness, truly perfect. They took the time to dial in the shot (pulled two shots to dial it in before giving me the third). Kind folks, no ego. I’ll be coming here anytime I’m back in Denver.
