I thought Novo was an auto repair shop due to the large garage door that prominently face the street, but I was pleasantly surprised to find it more of an industrial themed Starbuck like establishment.
They didn't have my go to Caramel frappuccino with extra pumps of simple syrup which was disappointing. But, they did have this coffee flavored latte which was good. Or at least palatable after adding the appropriate amount of milk and sweetener.
The thing that impressed me the most was their commitment to a modern industrial theme. I loved how they used an old co2 canisters as an art installation, also the pleasant sort of shrub in the corner, and a symmetrical circle imprinted on the counters. My favorite part of the decor was a well placed fire extinguisher in case the "worst" should happen. Seeing it really brought home how brief and tenuous our grasp on life really is.
Anyways, I would highly recommend stopping into Novo and trying their drinks. Who knew there were so many flavors of coffee!

This is a true third wave coffee shop, with sourcing, roasting, grinding, and brewing all cared for in equal measure. The coffee tastes wonderful, and the varieties are noticeably diverse. The atmosphere is pleasantly busy but rarely overcrowded, at least on weekdays when I visit. It hosts a perfect introverts' happy hour, with just a couple of carefully selected brews on draft.

Great coffee from a great roaster. Location is convenient enough. I feel like the condition of the shop could be improved on. Doesn't mean that the baristas and drinks aren't great though.

It was not the best latte I have ever had. BUT the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was great to sit for a few hours while I waited for my hotel room to be ready.

This is one of the top spots to get a delicious cup of coffee downtown. I had a simple latte today at about 2pm. No line and the service was great. The barista answered all of my questions on their beans and was well educated on the brand. Love that they are locally roasted!

This place serves coffee that you can only find at the finest coffee shops ever, I tried the latte because I was not in mood for flavors. The taste of the drink was so amazing that I kept coming back to get more coffee every day during the week I was staying in Denver. I would recommend this shop for the coffee lovers and addicts, be careful you might not enjoy other shops after trying this one and amazing shop.

Had high hopes- visiting from out of town, read the positive reviews. Cappuccino was very acidic and bitter - was able to drink it. The Iced Americanos my friend and I got were mostly water, maybe one shot in each 16oz cup - we threw them away - too bitter. Not naive, love strong espresso, this was just bad.

Coffee was pretty delicious. Atmosphere was professional yet cozy. Was here on a weekday relaxing and all the businessmen and women made me feel like I should've started a conference call while yelling at the top of my lungs about Karen's poor choices for the office.

Very friendly staff. They made an excellent latte at the perfect temperature and they steamed the milk correctly. Had a piece of coffee cake and a sausage sandwich too. Coffee cake was good, sandwich was served a bit cold but they reheated it. Took a small coffee to go, its a strong flavored, dark roast coffee so if you like coffee you're good to go
