It is the perfect coffee shop to walk to from Denver Hyatt Regency. I got a latte like I always do. It was a perfect drinking temperature, and the flavor was a light roast. As my sister explained, the light roast tasted like baked yams. I will be returning for some delicious coffee.

Great coffee in a little spot downtown. I love supporting more local spots than the chains. Novo has baked goods, burritos, pour overs, classic drinks like lattes and mochas, and indoor/outdoor space for working or meeting. Not too noisy. I wouldn’t go out of my way for this shop because it’s only metered parking around, but I’d you’re already downtown, I would recommend it!

Such a cute coffee shop right off of 16th street. All ingredients were well sourced, service was speedy and every one was kind. Got the two seasonal specials and highly recommend!! The coffee shop also has wifi for those who want to study and do work!!

First time visiting here! The atmosphere is great and both the baristas there were friendly. I ordered their seasonal latte, Maple Bourbon, it was so good! I also got a zucchini chocolate muffin that I couldn't eat fast enough😂 Overall a great experience!

Coffee: 4/5. It was fine, but it wasn’t the best I’ve had in denver.
Staff: the staff was friendly and respectful but seemed to be annoyed or tired. I didn’t mind because I knew it was towards the end of a busy coffee day, and we’ve all been there.
Atmosphere: the place was so organized and clean and absolutely adorable.
If you’re on 16th and you need coffee this is the place to go, but if you’re in denver looking for the best coffee, this wouldn’t be my top recommendation

We had just visited a local restaurant for our father's 75th birthday. As we walked past this coffee shop we were enticed by the aroma of fresh coffee. We also were welcomed by the LGBTQ+ friendly atmosphere they provided. The service was exceptional as we entered and ordered. Our beverages were spot on and very delicious. This coffee shop is located on the first floor and is easy to enter. Great patio to enjoy your beverage. Because the city of Denver is doing major construction on the 16th street mall, parking is VERY difficult. There isn't a parking lot or disabled parking and the street parking is hard to navigate. If you are able to walk to this coffee shop you will be in for a treat.

Located just off 16th street Mall, great local coffee shop with locally roasted beans and precision brew methods! Excellent spot to enjoy a Chemex pour over coffee with choice of beans. I selected the La Laguna beans from Nicaragua. Notes of Strawberry, jam, and fudge.
They feature a high end synesso espresso machine with three different grinds and beans. We tried their vanilla latte, which was smooth and delicious!
I recommend their breakfast burrito: eggs, potatoes, and bacon. Excellent value at $6!

Great place. Great coffee. Great people working there. Clean restrooms. Go here if you want your coffee in a real mug. People preferring paper or plastic have no culture.
Novo saved my soul on 6 mornings while on a conference at nearby Sheraton, where the coffee is rather bad, ruining the remaining taste in paper cups.
