The coffee was excellent but the customer service is less then delightful. I first called to check that they were for sure open and the woman answered very quickly and hung up. Next I called to order a head, that was went alright. When I went to pick up the girl was very short with me while busy doing other things and didn’t even say “have a nice day” or some other sincere good bye. Note, that there was no one else in the shop. I am a part time barista and I feel making customers feel important is the greatest part of my job so that’s why I rate them very low on customer service.

Wonderful atmosphere and the coffee and food to match.

I love their coffee. I go to other good coffee shops and they don't even compare to The Perks! Locally owned and locally roasted coffe. Their breakfast foods are homemade and tasty also! Never disappointed. I'm there 2 to 4 times a week!

Slow, and really watery espresso. Which equaled watery lattes. Hot latte had 0 froth. Tastes like when it’s heated on the stove. I know the barista wasn’t doing it correctly based off of the screeching sound the milk made.

I'm lactose intolerant and usually have a hard time finding a good breakfast burrito. The Perk always makes mine fresh without dairy. Everything I've tried is delicious. Great service too!

The first time I went to this coffee shop, it with a friend and now I frequently go by myself! Their vanilla bean frap is delicious! Quick service, nice place! Though I wish they were open for one more hour so I could grab my coffee on my way to work

Pastries are really good. Haven't tried the coffee yet. Employees were so nice. The shop was so cute. Will def be back.

Very Good Coffee, Very good breakfast sandwiches. Great spot!
