Kairos Coffee House

Outstanding atmosphere and vibe, excellent coffee and chai. The breakfast bagel sandwiches were filling and tasty.

It's a fantastic location to hang out, enjoy amazing views and soak in the ambiance.

Service was prompt, attentive and fun to chat with.

Will definitely go back.

I was in springs for a few days and this place became my breakfast stop each morning. Their guacamole croissant is freaking amazing. Like you'll want to buy and eat another one immediately amazing (I didn't do that, but I kinda wished I had 😁).

Also their drop coffee is very flavorful. I usually prefer a bold and overpowering kinda coffee, but not here. Their coffees were complex, smooth, not burnt or watery, I mean really what are they doing different here.

It was crowded every morning, but they also have an upstairs seating area, so I was able to find a place to do my work in peace.

I love this coffee house! First time there and was highly impressed. The environment is clean, plenty of seating and very welcoming. The menu is labeled very clearly with alternative milk potions as well as gluten free and dairy free foods. Fantastic selections!
I usually get a mocha and it was wonderful.
As far as comfortable coffee houses go, I will definitely be coming back here. I can sit here for work or relaxation. Must check out!

A cool coffee shop. My drink was really good, my sandwich was decent but nothing amazing honestly, still worth going and I’d like to try some other things here. Good vibes!

What a great experience! The coffee shope is bigger than I expected and just beautiful! The food is awesome, everything is made when you order, no reheating here! The coffee and my breakfast was all great, lots of personal interaction with me and other customers. I can't say enough good things about thus place!! Cleo was the person at the register, she is the one that made me feel so welcome, she is a great ambassador for Kairos!

Came here to get some work done while my tire was being repaired up the street. Great coffee shop with incredible seating compared to many other coffee shops

They have unlimited 12oz drip coffee for $3 and a great selection of flavors if you want a fancier drink.

Workers are all super friendly, many (or probably all?) with YWAM roots.

I would highly recommend Kairos Coffee House for anyone simply wanting a great sitting environment with great coffee.

Such a beautiful coffee shop! Kairos Coffee House has a lot of character. I had a “bottomless” dark roast coffee for less than $4. So basically got a refillable mug and was able to hang out for as long as I liked. Their coffee was very good and the atmosphere of the shop was great for studying, solving puzzles, or even reading. The employees were nice and welcoming. 100% recommend!

This is hands down one of the best coffee shops in the Springs. You just can’t beat the atmosphere. The baked goods, breakfast food, smoothies and coffee are always fresh and tasty. All the people who work here are friendly. They also have a great mission and many different products and coffee items available to purchase. Will definitely come back here again!

Great place to meet fam and/or friends for a coffee.
The atmosphere is great the staff are great and eager to help. And the coffee is good. The food however is not worth ordering. The sandwich was extremely dry and for the price
You would at least expect chips.
But that does not take away from such a great atmosphere.

What would you like from a good coffee shop?! Delicious coffee, good choice of foods to go with it, good service and of course lovely atmosphere!!! Well. This please hit all above with exceptional mark. It is a little gem in Colorado Springs, I would say even in whole Colorado. Every time I'll pass by through this city I will always find time to stop here and ENJOY a nice cappuccino with a croissant and such!!!!
