Javalato Gelato & Cafe

I would highly recommend! Great spot for coffee and affogato! The staff were super sweet and amazing! They had great vegan gelato options! I will definitely be going again!!

We waited for our food for over an hour. They were not busy, either. I had the feeling they had lost the ticket.
The owner came in, and we explained the situation. Not evan an apology! He just got very defensive and talked about the volume of business they do (not while we were there). The food was okay but certainly NOT worth the wait. Do not waste your time!

Nice cafe place with cute decor of chimes and dream catchers. We ordered their vegan burrito and vegan avocado toast -- both were delicious. Also tried their vegan rose and vegan roasted almond gelato, they were nice too. They have a small little corner for story books and games.

Walking into this place made me realize how nice a quaint and clean atmosphere makes a huge difference in perception. The background music and light modern decor brings an interesting charm and welcoming vibe that can not be duplicated.

We were greeted by the clerk who was happy to have my wife try many samples and was patient the entire time. Once we picked our flavors, we were shocked to realize that he was doing a 20% off special during this COVID time today. It was a great surprise and was a very nice gesture.

Overall, this place is quaint and fairly priced with wonderful staff and gelato. We will be back for dinner to try some of their other menu items. Great first impression!

Awesome atmosphere. Food was pretty dang good. Lots of vegan options. Took a little time to get, but made to order stuff always does. Loved it.

Ordered online order. Went to pick up when it said it should be ready and the lady said "I'm sorry I didn't see the ticket they are just starting it now and it will be a while"
I asked how long is a while and she said 15 minutes.
I cant with these places!! What was the point of ordering ahead of time. Definitely not coming back to this place!!! I would give 0 stars if I could

We walked in, and no one greeted us, so we were confused on where to go, and where to order. We decided to seat ourselves after standing there looking all confused for a few minutes. After waiting at the table for over 20 minutes, we decided to wait in line where you go for the gellato, to see if thats where we are supposed to order, as no one ever came to the table. After waiting in that line for 7 minutes or so, we were asked what we wanted. We told them that we just wanted to order food. We were instructed to have a seat, and the gentleman would be right with us. After he took a few other orders from the ppl getting gilatto, he came to our table and took our order. Everything after that went smoothly. I got a Buffalo chicken sandwich with fries. Best fries I have ever had. The sandwich was really good, too. They have a super interesting breading they use, and it's worth trying. My friend got a meatball pasta skillet and thought it was delicious! My spouse got fish and chips. The fish was overcooked and bland, unfortunately. But overall, the food was excellent, and gellato was good. If they had more signs to make the process less confusing, and maybe more staff to take initial orders, I would definitely give it 4 stars all the way around.

This place is ridiculously good. They make the gelato in house and it is apparent!! I struggled to pick only 2 flavors to eat because they were all so good. As soon as I was done I wanted more! I ended up with red velvet and pistachio cheesecake. Honorable mention for the pineapple and lemon basil. The decor and vibe is very welcoming and chill. I could see myself spending quite some time here once this quarantine is over. They also serve boba and the food looks amazing. I will most definitely be a regular here!

This place is amazing. Cozy atmosphere and just based on the gelatos that I tasted, their teas and coffee must be equally amazing, not to mention their various salads and sandwiches. I will visit Javalato frequently! Forgot to mention the amazing views...

Pineapple toast and loaded breakfast was delicious. As well as the Italian soda. Would recommend this place. Plan to come back again
