Always a pleasure coming here, the employees are so kind & friendly. Such a local GEM, literally :). Their vegan breakfast burritos are bombdotcom, they taste so close to home cooked food which is amazing. The chimichurri sauce is fire! Thanks for the bomb food and chill environment.

Carnelian is my go to neighborhood coffee shop. They have excellent coffee, whether you're doing a pour over, espresso or something with more flair, they do it thoughtfully! The owner and the staff are always top notch, friendly and helpful. They always feature a local artist and have some fun local flair for sale in their gift area!

Fantastic local coffee shop! The decor and art work is so unique and creative....love it! Kate and Haleigh, the owners, are great and make you feel at home. Definitely check this place out. Awesome!

Wonderful spot in the middle of Old Colorado City. Great coffee and friendly service.

Perfect experience, during Covid, where everything is done without contact. Barista is wearing mask and gloves, you can pay without giving your credit card.
Coffee is good, with a lot of choices. I got an almond milk latte, it was very good.
Thanks for taking this seriously, not everyone is doing so in Colorado Springs.

When coffee is done right it is medicine! Carnelian Coffee is the best example of this, i have ever tasted! Organic, mindful, a peaceful and creative environment for any elevating occasion! We are blessed to have them in this community! Thank you for all you are!

Michael was great, he was friendly and super helpful. The entire staff is kind and accommodating but he and I interacted the most and made my first experience awesome!

Great place, great atmosphere, great coffee. So close to Jives that I imagine they might be taking customers from each other, when lots of sad neglected places in town (like my sad neglected neighborhood) are severely lacking in coffeehouses. It is the way it is, and I like that there are two good cafes in this place.

Setting was ok. Coffee was more like flavored water and the burritos turned out to be a gastronomical conundrum. 3 stars because it has potential.
