The chicken basil panini was absolutely delicious! The crepes are great as well. The costumer service was really good and everyone was very friendly. Will definitely be returning soon!

This experience was phenomenal! I had the loaded bagel, and a vanilla Carmel iced latte. Absolutely recommend.

Ambience was good ... I like the seat area ... different than routine breakfast spots... good place for tourist’s have a decent breakfast while going to royal gorge bridge in canon city in 3rd street !! Near railway station

This place had amazing food/drink options and super nice workers. My sister and I got the mixed berry crepe and they cut the middle strawberry in the shape of a rose 🌹. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Got, some really good, overpriced coffee! But, I happen to like their coffee, and the way they make it! Fresh taste, can't beat it!

On June 1st I called to place an order for the Caboose cafe. The web page shows current hours and a menu. I was connected with a ticket agent, who had no idea about the cafe and couldn’t answer any of my questions.

$9 for a 12oz hot chocolate and 16oz cup of weak mediocre coffee!
Not a latte or cappuccino but plain cup of coffee!

I just had one of the best breakfasts ever! I highly recommend this cafe. Clean, friendly, and great food.
